Such a fun experience! Couldn't recommend it enough. We had an absolute ball. Its a great way to see the city. So comfortable, fun, relaxing. We loved that we could bring our own snacks, loved the sippy cups and were happily surprised by the prices on board. What a blast!!

Booked 2 boats for our corporate event. We had 24 people, 12 on each boat and this was effectively the best event we did for our guests on a corporate level. The owners are quick to reply, polite and guests felt welcomed, loved the service and the drinks and will have memories for years to come. Already booked for our next event. Our evening cruise was a hit! Our extended family left at 8:30pm and enjoyed both day time and night time views! The crew was very friendly and the vibe was fun for teens right up to seniors. We highly recommend this experience!

This was such a fun and unique experience. The bartender and captain were both awesome. Great selection of drinks and the cocktails were excellent. I would do it again next time I visit Ottawa.

Not only was he an expert in navigating the waters, but his friendly nature and enthusiasm greatly added to our enjoyment. He even took high-quality photos of our group, which he made available for download shortly after the party - a wonderful touch that allowed us to focus on the fun without worrying about capturing the moments.The cocktails, prepared by our talented bartender Taya, were another highlight of the day. Taya's mixology skills are second to none and she concocted the most delicious and refreshing drinks that perfectly complimented our celebration.The professionalism, friendliness, and attention to detail demonstrated by the Palapa Tours team was truly commendable. The boat was clean and comfortable, providing the perfect setting for our celebration. We were gifted the tour. We went on the Palapa tour for the first time and We had an amazing time. The music was great. Drinks were amazing. Loved their virgin pinacolada. It is really a fun activity to do on the water/tiki bar. The tiki bar is equipped with a variety of drinks and small snacks. They ket you bring your own snacks. The tour covered the scenic beauty of Ottawa. The boats can be chartered for 12 people. You can buy 2 tickets too for a romantic evening.I cannot say enough about Ottawa Palapa tours. You have to take my word for it. Go Palapa if you haven’t already done. I can’t wait to go on again.

Absolutely fantastic experience with Mike and Gaby! Great hosts for our night cruise on the water. Had a pleasant surprise with some fireworks as well! It's always a good time with the palapas crew and I can't wait to go back next time! Having been on both Moana and Lilo.... I'll have to go for a third time to decide which one is my favorite.
