She is like family always happy and is a great business person and if a customer is not happy you wont leave her shop until you are happy . she always goes above for her clients.i would highly recommend this salon to everyone

10 hours after getting bio gel my nail broke off. Not even a week later 5 nails are off.... very VERY disappointed with quality of the nails. Will not be going back . She will not fix for free which is also disappointing considering I paid 55$ when I could have went to the store, paid 9$ for glue on nails that last MUCH MUCH longer.

I don't recommend this place. Shellac mani was poorly done, nails shape are diagonal, not square as I asked. Tools weren't clean, I asked them to use alcohol and clean them in front of me.

First-time here .Facility appears clean until you look around and clippings and dust everywheere. Nice to have a walk in appointment. Kim gave me a pedicure cut me, she was rushed and missed parts on the nails.Manicure the initial process was alright, the polish was thinned out. She said I could come back and she would fix it. I've had the exact same polish from a different salon and it was not as thin. When I questioned this, kim was quite intent on getting me to get a different colour. I came back to have her remove the polish and she ended up cutting me again. She needs to slow down and take her time. Experience dosent equal quality.

Kim was rough and rushed thru nail set the finish wasn’t that great and didn’t feel comfortable-also a lady came in for a pedicure Kim ran her water and didn’t check it resulting in a scalding burn for the customer she screamed and it startled me I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

I have been coming to Kim’s at minimum monthly for over 2-years. Kim is incredible! I have used her mani/pedi and waxing services — all excellent. After going to salons for over 40-years, I can say that Kim’s is the very best. She is so good that I have gotten hubby to come in for male mani/pedis — much better and less expensive than a foot dr. My daughter also comes in monthly and my little great-granddaughter gets an occasional mani/pedi treat like the ladies. I don’t understand any negative reviews for Kim’s. Every time that I have been there I hear only praises for other clients. Give Kim the opportunity to make you a happy customer.
