I came to this location in the winter of 2022, and I loved my lashes. I came back for multiple fills. I'm not sure if there was a product change or if there was a rush on my most recent appointment, but the glue was burning my eyes, and I noticed large clumps of my natural lashes were glued together (I got classics though) with large clumps of glue in them. The glue has been pulling at my natural lashes, and I have been bothered by this set since they went on. When I try to clean and brush them as the technician shows, I can't even get the spoolie through without it catching and pulling. Disappointed for sure, again, I'm not sure what has changed since last fall/winter, but this set of lashes was uncomfortable and damaging; I'll just be rocking my natural lashes from now on.

Lovely place! Friendly staff and I have always been satisfied with my lashes. The lash tech is efficient yet very detailed and precise with her approach - makes for an overall pleasant experience.

I've been getting my eyebrows threaded at Ava Beauty Lounge for over a year now, and recently started doing laser. Priya and Nithu are absolutely amazing at what they do. They make you feel at home and like friends, not just a customer. I highly recommend trying them out!

Best place to get your lashes done!! Been going here for over a year now after trying lash extensions for the first time and going back for refills. The lashes always look perfect and is done professionally. I’ve tried other services like eyebrows, tint, lash lift and laser and the results have always been amazing. Always amazing customer service as well!!

My first visit today and I was perfectly satisfied with my eyebrows… in terms of shape…its not easy to appease me in one go but neetu did it and she was quick, pain-free and very professional..Im going for other services very soon..Loved it.. and the new card stamp thing is amazing.. must visit ladies to know what it is!!! Finally a place where the brow tech listens to what the customer actually wants, instead of forcing their style on you. Recommendations are always welcome ofcourse, but listening to your customers' needs and respecting their wishes should always come first.Anyways, I've only gotten threading done from here so can't comment on anything else.First time my brows were overdone, but that's because I'd gotten along with it and didn't know I wouldn't like them like that. The service that I got the second time was amazing.

Had a quick and painless threading appointment here yesterday. Competitively priced, and the owner even gave me a chocolate and a stamp card!Update: Been here a few times now and the service is always quick and friendly. The salon is very clean and well maintained.

I was originally referred to this salon by a good friend of mine that spoke highly about the services and the staff. My experience so far has been very positive, and staffs are friendly and very supportive. I highly recommend their laser service and the results are amazing. The staff takes time to explain things and make us comfortable with our decisions.

I love coming to Ava for my eyebrows and upper lips even though I no longer live in the city. They are always respectful. Sanitize their hands before each customer. Take their time in understanding your needs. Show their work mid way to confirm satisfaction. The place is very clean. They have a great loyalty program as well. Over all a great experience!
