Harry is very professional and knowledgeable. He was prompt in assessing the issue with my TV, ordering the part, and coming to my home to complete the job (all done within 4 days). His price was fair and reasonable - I thought I would have to buy a new TV but he saved me quite a bit of $. Harry wore a mask the entire time and was respectful of Covid guidelines. My Sony Bravia 900F stopped turning on one day. After hours of trying to fix it myself on Friday and Saturday, I called AAA Expert TV Repair on Sunday. Harbhajan (Harry) answered the call right away. He dropped by on Monday, diagnosed the issue quickly. Said he'd need to replace the motherboard and would have to order the part, which could take a couple days (he estimated he'd have it by Thursday or Friday). Harry then dropped by my place on Thursday, replaced the motherboard and made sure the TV was working well. Harry was transparent in his pricing from day 1. Prompt, professional, and clearly knows his TVs. Thanks Harry!
