Horrible service, Karren is beyond disrespectful on a good day. Customer service gets 0 stars, informing people of law changes 0 stars. Worst service ever experienced at service Ontario won’t be going back to this location. If you want good service go to Bracebridge.Honest review hope this helps.

Informatiin with lots of maps . It is beside service canada , leterally in the same room...was a bit difficult to find. Main street of gravenhurst.

I was at the Service Ontario to put a car in my name. The office was only open till 1:00. It's Saturday..who wants to work Saturday?? The ladies in that office do! They were wonderful. Sweet, kind, caring, intelligent. They were great. I have no complaints at all
