The foood was greaaat !! Best burgerss i have eaten aftee so long. Well, we came from USA and we landed early I was looking for breakfast but their timing is 11 hope they start opening early for this summer, as I am gonna stay in this area for a long time :)

There are only two words to describe this location for Meltwich, Gods Gift. I wish I would write a 10-page essay on how amazing this institution is but Google is limiting my word count. The first reason why this is the best place for food is because of the food itself. I walked into the store for the first time not knowing what to order at all, and an employee that goes by JD helped me with the menu and deciding what I should order based on my liking. I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and let me just say, the savory, warm, and stringy cheese mixed with the amazing seasoning of the steak and chipotle sauce was an explosion of god sent flavor in my mouth. It was actually so good in fact, that I have been coming here every single week after my classes just to meet JD and order some amazing food. Speaking of JD and the staff, they are the main reason why this place is getting its 5-star rating, I wish I could honestly give this place a 10/5 stars rating but Google is not letting me so I will have to settle with a 5/5. Anyways, the staff here is absolutely amazing, especially my buddy JD, he always greets me and my friends with a smile and welcome, and he is always telling jokes and playing small pranks on us making us laugh, he honestly makes the experience of eating at this masterpiece 10 times better in all aspects. If I am not coming for the food, I still want to come to greet JD as I do not see him as an employee, but instead, I see him as a friend. To end this off, I just want to say that if you are considering eating at this location for any food you may be craving, as a famous NIKE ad once said, just do it"."

Ordered a crispy chicken burger- buns were soft although a bit sweet.- toppers were nice no problem in that.- amount of mayo was adequate.The main problem was the chicken; it tasted a bit bitter.I’m guessing they don’t change oil very frequently or maybe quality of oil is bad.

A bit pricey for very small portions. Staff are friendly and food is tasty. There are vegan options.

“The Nashville Chicken Burger” was very flavourful, with a great combination of toppings. Over $13 (tax-pre) for the sandwich is quite steep for the portion.“The 3 chicken strips” were quite underwhelming and small. The flavour was okay, the chicken quality was good, however, it was not much better than a standard chicken tender you’d get at a grocery store. Especially at a price over $8 (pre-tax).“Mini Poutine” was a clear loser. The portion was small, the flavours were nothing to crave. At just over $7 (pre-tax) I would stay away from this option.I’d maybe try another one of their burgers but I wouldn’t make this a mainstay due to portions and pricing.

JD is a very nice branch manager.Little under staffed sometimes but it shows that people like coming here. The food being halal is one of the main reason why I come here. The food is always good. Never disappointed

The grilled cheese menu here is amazing. The way its made, how you can taste every ingredient, and how hospitable and welcoming the owner is. Makes this is a high recommendation. The one I had is the southern fried chicken one but all are good I am sure

I went to Meltwich with my friend on a Wednesday afternoon for lunch. I did not know the price would be around $20 for a burger meal until I was about to pay. Even though we thought it was very overpriced, we still decided to try it out.I ordered the Nashville chicken burger and my friend ordered a Monster Melt. I think the Nashville chicken burger was not bad, but it just wasn’t how I expected it to taste. It was more sour than I expected due to the coleslaw and one whole layer of pickles. However, my friend’s Monster Melt looked pretty good and she also said it was delicious.Overall, I don’t think a burger meal on a University campus should cost $20, so I would recommend going to Wendy’s at the New Student Centre.

My friends have been raving about Meltwich and so I decided to try it out myself. The place is located on campus in the Quad premises. It has enough dining space and the place is a 100 on cleanliness & service.I was greeted by Shaydon who is the manager and he was extremely warm & welcoming.I tried their famous Southern Fried Chicken Melt - juicy fried chicken sandwiched with tons of goodness & CHEESEEE! This was heavenly & I am hooked to it for sure!! The Spicy Nashville Chicken Poutine was another gem I found here and a must have! A great option for all our vegan folks out there - Impossible Burger (you can choose the toppings and sauces and it has a great plant based patty). Finally, I can't thank Shaydon enough for introducing me to the Reeses Peanut Butter Milkshake.. Its rich, creamy and full of flavours - Highly recommended!!Do visit the place & watch out for the Deal of the Day offers!
