Last year I had nerve pain ,The North York hospital emergency apartment return to the clinic , I called the clinic a lot times and let’s me wait 2 weeks but I can’t wait so long because my nerves pain level is 9-10. So I came the clinic want to see the doctor, at that time I hit the wall and cried that I was dying.but the receiptionist said you need wait two weeks and close the door

Amazing doctor! Dr. Wong is the best specialist I know of in Toronto. He takes the time to understand the medical condition and is very thorough in his review of the reports. He is a complete professional and takes the time to explain the medical condition and current status in layman's terms to his patients. He always been attentive, polite and kind. He has been a life-saver and a blessing continues to be. One would be very lucky to have Dr.Wong as their neurologist! and I concur with what Kingsley Butler says below in his review of Dr.Wong.

The receptionists here are garbage. I missedmy first appointment unfortuantely due to miscommunication and since then i have tried to reschedule many times and have left many voicemails over the past 2 months. Not a single voicemail has been returned. The doctor is wonderful but he really has to replace his staff. They have no manners and empathy. Very disappointing looking for a new neurologist now

One of the best Specialists I have been to. Amazing bedside manner, thorough follow-up and gives the impression of really caring. Not the typical specialist that rushes you out of his office to get to the next patient. You are given time to explain your situation and then he does his thing. First of his kind in Toronto as far as i know that gives you the feeling that he has signed on board with you to reach a successful solution to your problem. If you can get to see him and your problem is in his area of expertise DO NOT miss the opportunity. If we had more like him our health system would be much better.

The two receptionists are extremely disrespectful and lack basic humanity and ethics. They ignore voice messages and often hang up as well. They don't like to listen to your concerns or questions. Both seem frustrated!
