Hello! I got a call from collections regarding my overdraft balance. I requested if they could contact me via email so everything will be in writing. They said they're not allowed to do that, and the employee's tone turned al little aggressive. I'll be reaching out to Consumer Protection BC for more information. TY

This is a scam company. Sent a letter to my mother saying she still owed money from her previous bank. She doesn't. They wind up calling me to pay up, saying that because it was a joint account I am responsible as well. They are shady and do not know anything. Do not give any of them your money. Nobody but a group of scamming thieves.

Rude. They keep calling me asking for multiple people (e.g. Lisa Thompson) and when I try to explain this number does not belong to her instead of removing my # from their list they are just very rude and completely disregard my time.Unfortunately I have to keep my phone on loud at night as I might get phone calls.Would give 0 stars if I could.

Cannot give any information about who's debt they're trying to collect when every other company I have dealt with is able to let me know who they need to speak with. Reeks of unprofessionalism & scams. Each time I've interacted with an actual person it was the same agent, Jose, and he always gets very rude and hangs up the phone when I ask about the information, why they are continuing to call me and why they can't give me any other information. Don't fall for the scams they give you, if you have a debt I would go to the original company and see where the debt went from there.

Partners in CRIME! Adarsh Shetty contacted me about an outstanding speeding ticket that I had not one clue about and was never contacted about. These people are scammers and just want to take your money. DO NOT send them a single cent, they are liars. I will be calling every day to harass him just as he did to me. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY. The Toronto Case Look Up" website they provide you with is FAKE! The Toronto title card does not click through. DON'T GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY!"

Rude Staff , wont listen to a persons matter and upcharge like no tomorrow and ontop of that they terminated the call once i mentioned their google reviews. I ended up getting a lower offer from their client 407 ETR.

I had a small issue that I had missed. Thankfully i spoke with Patricia and she did everything to right things the best she could. Excellent service and company. You can’t give them a low rating because you put yourself in the situation to be in their services. I hope I’m never in this situation again, but if somehow I am, I hope it’s this company.
