Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I've been accommodated on several occasions by the staff at the rexdale location...I've witnessed them operate well and beyond expectations..as I waited for my turn.I only use pick up trucks since mine has been in and out of the dealership this year and even when they didn't have a pick up available at the moment..they took in consideration my work needs and had me in a pick up truck most promptly.Got to love the staff here ...these gentleman know the true meaning of customer service.Thanks again staff at rexdale enterprise location!

Five stars is hard to give but this location on Rexdale Blvd. Deserves it, I think I was waiting my time and money at other creepy locations but I see a leading branch here that is setting a great example on how to treat a customer, bravo and I hope everyone gets the same treatment not just me ,smooth, fast, efficient. keep the cars clean when you bring them back.

We used to use this Enterprise alot more when they were at a smaller location closer to Martin Grove (personal use) and recently had to use them for an insurance claim. I believe the general manager; Thane was more then accomodating and provided assistance throughout the entire process. Even though there was a shortage of vehicles, we went out of his way to get the car that I not only wanted, but NEEDED for my business. I was defenitly reminded why I enjoyed renting here, and would defenitly be returning here for my future rental needs.Also, this new location has alot more parking and is simply more bright in comparison to the old location. Great place to rent from overall!

I can't say enough about the staff there; super friendly folks, they make sure we have small talks and getting customers comfortable before engaging in any business. The branch manager Thane Barnett is such a professional and customer oriented representative; he always goes above and beyond, month after month with every rental, on getting me options/alternatives that suit my needs.Pass by for any rental services! Highly recommended!

Had the pleasure of meeting Alexander at Enterprise.It was my first time getting a rental, he answered all my questions and was very professional.Also I forgot my designer sunglasses when I returned, the rental.I then returned, they reassured me, that they secured my belongings, which was a nice bonus.I would definitely be returning to Enterprise for a rental.All the staff was very friendly and professional

My dad had made reservations 2 weeks prior and showed up on the day to pick up a rental for my brother's wedding (which was the following day). An employee named Javen told us he didn't have our car that we reserved. He couldn't give us an explanation and when asked how he can rectify the problem couldn't give me an answer. I asked him if he can call another location to get a premium car (in which we reserved) and told me that he couldn't. Javen didn't want to help with the situation especially when we made reservations 2 weeks ago. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and will never spend a dollar at an enterprise again. Go to Budget/ Avis they will treat you alot better.When my dad and I were in the parking lot trying to scramble last minute to find another rental, Javen had told us that his buddy" owns a rental company and he can get us into a premuim car. Ive never heard of the company and it sounded like a scam. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! STAY AWAY FROM THAT LOCATION."
