Well my plumber quoted $450.00 to replace the entire toilet coz i broke the kohler flush valve canister. And then i walked in to B.A Robinson Co.Ltd. spoke with the agent forgot his name sorry. Knowledgeable staff and great customer service who has seen the picture from my mobile & handed me the Canister Repair Kit cost me around $25. He has educate me as well, how i can change my self and i did it. Thanks to B. A. Robinson Co. Ltd and yours awesome staff.

Needed a replacement part for a Kohler toilet, and they had a couple in stock. Problems solved! I would definitely go there for my plumbing supplies!

AMAZING service! Read this!We were bathing our son in our bathtub on Sunday night and the hose in the bathtub’s shower wand split (broke) and water sprayed everywhere. We went to Lowe’s, Canadian Tire, and Home Depot looking for a replacement hose with no success. Each end has a male thread and the hose is from 2006 (Grohe brand). I tried a couple of plumbing supply stores around 11St SE with no success. I finally came across Robinson Supply on 7 St SE and while they carry many parts of a wide variety they didn’t have the exact part I needed, so they started calling all of their competitors and after several phone calls they found the replacement hose I needed in the northeast. They put it on hold for me so I could drive there to get it. I was so relieved to have a solution to my plumbing problem and they were so kind to help me like this!! If I ever need anything again I wouldn’t hesitate to return to Robinson Supply. Exceptional service.

Worst Customer Service!! When I walked into a plumbing supply store with a simple plumbing question I had no idea I would be treated so poorly. The lady" at the front counter was probably the rudest person I have ever encountered. I asked a simple question and all she could say was use google. I asked if there were other plumbing supply stores nearby who could help and she said all around us
