Decent service setting up an appointment over the phone although I did have to follow up twice. When the service tech came he was on time and helpful. However the problem was not found - just that I needed a new panel at a $600+ cost. After having another company help with the troubleshooting (over the phone no less) an easy solution was found and no new panel was needed. Alarm system is now working. Double check their service recommendations before spending money.

Millennium quoted an alarm, video surveillance and fob systems for 3 doors in my new production plant. They were professional and detailed with the quote and the installlation was smooth and operates beyond my expectations. Michael followed up with a visit to be sure I was happy.
