Ramin and Mike did a great job with the blinds. This is the second time we ordered from Budget, great blinds and great service.

Vanessa at North Vancouver Budget Blinds made our window covering experience seamless. The ordering was easy, Lana came to our home and assisted with colors, design. From there, installation happened quickly and the installers were professional and polite. We had a minor issue with one of our blinds and Vanessa was on top of it immediately, replacing the blind in a very professional manner, no questions asked.I would highly recommend Vanessa and her team to anyone that needs window coverings. Do not book with this company! We were trying to get a quote for our place to have new blinds. At 1st the call centre people were great. We called in to a call centre who made an appointment for us over the weekend for a Monday. They said they would have someone call us if there was any issues but we would have someone over to give us a quote on Monday. We waited and waited and they never showed. We called the company 6 times over a few days and was always told that we would get someone to call back right away and that never happened. ONCE 8 hrs after they were supposed to be at our place for the quote one person called us back only to say he wasn't in our area and gave us a bunch of other number to call for other people who didn't call us back. The wasted our time and did not value us as future clients. Do not have your time wasted. There are SO MANY other companies out there!

We were delighted with the professional, efficient and friendly way we were looked after and can definitely recommend them to anyone else who is in the market for blinds
