Dirty tables, bathroom floor full of toilet paper and sink dirty.Tv screen not working, staff confused and soup cold.Not a good Tim Horton’s.

Had to wait for a fresh batch of eggs for a Tim Matin so I ordered a donut and juice as well. I did not want to wait inside as the cashier had told me about 5 to 7 minutes. I mentioned to the older lady behind the counter that I was going to wait outside where I can see them and to wave and I'll come and get it. Not only was that ok but she said she would bring it outside when it was ready. That, right there is service!

Not open 24h. It was closed after 11 PM... They didn't even bother changing the opening hours. Bad experience...

I asked for small chai tea double double . May be didn’t hear me properly first time. Gave me plain chai tea . So i went back and told the guy he forgot sugar and milk . Again , he didn’t add the sugar . Don’t go there
