Very helpful staff with great service.Gazebo took 4 hrs to build. Great quality product, good instructions listed and easy to understand. Thank god not from sweden with Allen key to build.Very happy with purchase !

Wonderful customer service, the manager and paint technician that I dealt with today were great.Other stores nowadays are more sales focused than try to help the customer a right product. But they both were helpful and recommended me with nice ideas for my renovation project.

I have been a loyal customer at Rona for many years, I buy 90% of my building supplies here. The service desk is always helpful and people working the floor typically can help you find anything the store sells in moments.Everyone is friendly and I've always had good experiences at the check out and the yard guys are phenomenal.When the deliver products to a job site they are always on time, courteous and helpful.Still great service in the fall of 2022

I phoned ahead to see if cinder blocks were available and since they replied yes I went to get them only to find out that they were buried under the snow and not accessible. Guess I looked upset and they encouraged me to tell them why I needed them and were able to get the 2 I needed once they heard my story. I was glad and the blocks stopped my cat from digging up the lino and behave at night. I'm forever grateful to them and their kindness. Now when I have a hardware need of any sort I'll go there instead of Home Depot. It's May 12th and adding onto my post about Rona. I ordered a item online on the 10th in late evening and it was delivered today. No fuss no bother! It was easy to find what I wanted online at a reasonable cost and delivery.

So I had a rough day replacing faucets and fans cut my finger open pretty good but water was shut off and I bought wrong fan so I go to return it and the customer service was absolutely amazing, I was gonna clean it up and crazy glue it once water was on but the ladies brought out sanitizer and bandages and were absolutely awesome, truly amazing customer service thank you all

Availability of in stock product continues to slide. Too many times I have purchased lumber at the service desk, head into the yard to pick up and they don't have enough physically there to fill the order. It is becoming a waste of time. Last time I couldn't fill an order, I discovered that HD had 3/8 sheets for OSB for less $$.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Best paint prices found. Had to wait about 15 minutes in paint department for service. Store a little bit cluttered in my opinion, will make social distancing impossible if store was busy. The store was not busy at time of visit so had no crowding issues while there at 9 am.

The only place with the high output portable air conditioners. All the staff were wonderful and engaging. It was an easy purchase and they loaded it onto the back of my SUV. The yard staff was excellent.
