A girl picked a call and said contact me on another number that number was belong to a graduated girl she said I’m not a recruiter.. so i called back to hiring stars three times but she didn’t answer my calls

Incredibly unprofessional.I interviewed with them for a screening call and was then scheduled for a second interview. The hiring manager didn't show up, then blamed me for not showing though I was in the google meet lobby for 10 minutes at the scheduled time. I rescheduled with them and the hiring manager told me they'd call me, then never called. I followed up with them again and they asked me what is your intent with this meeting?"I'm blown away by the disorganization and incompetence."
