Caring, professional and excellent at what they do. The ProAdjuster system takes all my concerns of being adjusted away. Dr. Wickens and Dr. Carter always take time to listen and tailor the treatment to my specific needs. The staff are friendly and helpful and know you by name. I have been a client for over 6 years, referred many of my friends and fellow teachers for chiropractic and massage. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Dr Wickens and Dr Carter have been treating me for the last few months and they've made such an improvement in my quality of life. I experienced noticeable improvement in my range of mobility, flexibility and pain caused by inflammation within a few sessions of treatment. Chiropractic care has been beyond awesome. It has helped my SI issues so much that I’m able to sleep all night and drive without crazy pain. I have been going to Dr. Wickens on and off for 30 years. Recently, I had a sprained ankle that took me off my feet for 3 weeks. I knew something was off, as I was simultaneously having horrible lower back issues and pain throughout my injured leg. Dr. Wickens worked on my lower back and my ankle and I am feeling such relief in both. I will always come to Chiropractic Care and Longevity for all of my chiropractic needs.

My past experience as a client here made me uncomfortable as Dr. Wickens told me I should ultimately stop taking my prescription medications and encouraged me to use homeopathic methods and affirmations to treat my health.Additionally, I am prompted to leave this review after deducing that the business does not require vaccinations from its staff. This shouldn't be much of a surprise based on my experience but it does concern me in a health care environment.Update in response to business comment:You're absolutely right that as a young person with serious health concerns, I did not voice my discomfort to the trained physician in charge of my care. In my case, as a particularly vulnerable youth, I did not feel that I ought to refute a medical practitioner's advice.Thankfully, I have pursued a University education and am now confident enough to express the ways in which Dr Wicken's behaviour made me uncomfortable and crossed a line professionally.Additionally, there is no statute of limitations on leaving reviews, and likewise the passing of time does not make unethical professional behaviour become ethical.

I am so grateful to this business. I hurt my tailbone snow boarding and was in so much pain. Thanks to Kathy Wickens I can function and little painful days. I am active and put my body in stress. Friendly happy co workers and all very helpful. I use the massage service and they are so knowledgeable. My body needs this service to keep me active and well. They have great hours and offer many services.

I have had excellent care from Dr. Wickens and staff for over 30 years. I have had back surgery and multiple other surgeries and she has always provided excellent medical advice, referrals and additional supplements to assist with my care. From the front desk, gym, massage, personal training, chiropractic rehab and low level laser therapy every experience has been progressional and therapeutic. I suggest trying the services offered stay committed and see the excellent results.
