Used them for same day service in town and even though a little old school, the cost was almost half of what the major couriers are charging and the service was better. Customer service still exists here!

I had an emergency courier delivery that needed to go from Kitchener to Windsor and arrive before end of business day. We called mid-morning around 11:00 am. They answered the phone and arranged for someone to come to the office right away and the documents arrived in Windsor well before the office closed there. Pleasant, supportive, calm - they got the job done! They will definitely get my next call if I ever need a direct drive courier again!

These guys are great and went the extra mile on the fly with a delivery that had very particular site restrictions. A lot of other trucking companies would have just turned the truck around and said not my problem. Great Job!
