After reading all of the positive reviews we attended Tommy's and enjoyed a great evening on their cozy quiet patio away from street noise and with live music no less. The service was great, the venue super clean and comfortable. Cold water was served immediately when we arrived. Napkins were cloth which is a nice touch.Our party ordered a Detroit style pizza and a specialty pizza along with a Caesar salad. The salad was enough for 4. The Detroit pizza was served first, it was our first experience with this monster and will certainly not be our last. The specialty pizza came a few minutes later and was also excellent especially good was the light and airy crust. We cant wait to go back to try the classic pizzas.A few nits.Why not list the size of the beer along with the price? It would have been nice had we been provided the option of applying fresh pepper for our salads. A device like tongs for serving the salads onto our plates would have proved useful. New plates should have been provided with the pizza without having to ask for them. A good condiment to provide for pizza is a chili oil flask such as is available at some other pizza establishments.Best pizza we have had this year, well done!

The service and atmosphere were fantastic. Live music. The pizza was disappointing. If it were called a spicy honey flat bread appetizer, it would have been more accurate. It tasted good enough. But it was fairly bare. Maybe I am not sophisticated enough to appreciate what I ordered.

Been wanting to try this place for awhile now, and it did not disappoint. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu, offering their recommendations, super quick too.The pizza was amazing, and this is one of the few pizza places where I actually like the crust!The restaurant itself has a nice cozy feel to it. The patio looked really nice too, but was just a bit to chilly for us when we went.Definitely looking forward to another visit, probably much sooner rather than later.

We ordered pizzas and appetizers. The truffle fries were okay. The pane fritto were a big hit for our group of four. The serving was pretty big. The pizza is really good. One in our party said the spinach artichoke pizza was their new favorite. The service was pleasant and efficient. We ending up sitting at the table with no bad vibes as other tables were still available. If we could rate out of ten it would be a nine.Definitely worth visiting.

Decided to try something different than your typical take out.Found this place on social media.Great food, great service. The atmosphere was very quiet and rustic.The food was near perfect. The flavor of the pizza and drinks were very tasty!Highly recommend for the pizza lover!

It was one of the best restaurants I have been to and definitely a restaurant you MUST check if you're in Winnipeg. The pizzas are some of the best pizzas I ever tasted, and the menu is full of other delicious dishes and drinks that will make your taste buds satisfied. The staff is amazing ,friendly and very accommodating 10/10

We had a great experience out at Tommy's for my partner's birthday. While we did have to wait quite a bit for our drinks and our appetizer came out after our meal was already going, we enjoyed our experience. The pizza is par to none in the city and a must try! We will definitely be back!

Got some cocktails and a pizzas with friends; chill place full of smiling attentive staff, almost to attentive to the point of feeling a little rushy, but I could be mistaken. The pizza was similar portions to what you’d get in Europe, but the cocktails were made with a heavy hand which is good; I just recommend going easy or passing if you plan on driving. Definitely give this place a try for a pizza that won’t leave you feeling lethargic and comatose afterward.

Overall, I thought Tommy’s Pizzeria was good! The server was appropriately attentive, the vibe of the restaurant was nice, I enjoyed the theme and decor of the restaurant as well. Group friendly and my party was seated upstairs which was cozy. The appetizers were ok we enjoyed the portions as they were shareable. The pizza was ok, nothing spectacular. Price per portion for the pizza could do slightly better, its a little overpriced for what you get just reminds me of Blaze Pizza franchise. This restaurant does not seem to be mobility device friendly. This restaurant is not baby friendly either no change tables. Maybe warrants future visits.
