I had Nathan out the last couple of mornings to fix a switch. It wasn't a big job but his manners, efficiency and all round good nature made everything a pleasant experience. I have come from the service industry and if all my 6000 team were like Nathan we would be doing even better.

Keith is amazing. Had a breaker issue on a long weekend. Was prepared to have an emerg service call. He walked me through it on the phone, trouble shooting and ultimately solving the issue. He did not charge for a service call because in his words, “ he wouldn’t feel right”. Such a class act.While our building our forever home is a few years away, GS will be the top of our list when we need work to be done.

If I could give minus stars,it would be several!We purchased a new kitchen from this company for just under $12,000. This really is a cardboard kitchen. There is not one cupboard that is centered,our stove now covers an original outlet,the drawer next to my framed opening into my living room has always rubbed up against the frame,now it is damaged. My sink is not centered, upper cupboards between the two windows are out by inches. This kitchen was paid in full two months before installation. When installing the cupboards,they dented and scratched my brand new fridge. This is not the electrical part of this company,but the woodworking part! We were told that our issues would be rectified,they even sent someone out to take photos.WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN!!!!Yesterday morning our phone rang before9 am and guess who it was? G&S !!Keep in mind that it has been over a year and a half since the cardboard kitchen was installed.He was calling to ask me to take my review down. Not to offer help or to rectify the many issues. What a joke!Consumer beware!!!

We had problem with panel box sparking in townhouse. Big concern about safety of our son and his family who live there. Bob sent repairman promptly, same day. We live out of province. Bob More took time to email me description of repair and thorough explanation of bill. I would recommend this company without hesitation. Sandra Crook

I called to get some electrical repair work done thinking it would be a few days before they came. And that’s what I was told. Surprisingly within an hour I was called and an electrician showed 15 minutes later. I was extremely thankful. I highly recommend this company and will call them should I need an electrician in the future.
