Shell Fab Countertops & Casework

Repaired an undermount sink that someone else installed poorly 4 years prior, that had come detached from granite countertop.Guys were professional and knowledgeable, and worked fast! Looks great and sturdier than previous installation method.

Shellfab installed my quartz countertops. I did not contract directly through them but through Home Depot. I was a bit leary at first because most folks recommend you go “directly through a fabricator” but Home Depot had a great sale on the quartz I wanted. When the Home Depot rep and I had questions about the quartz, the rep called, and shell fab allowed me to come by and look at a bigger slab prior to making my final selection for purchasing.Once purchased, shell fab was quick to contact me to schedule for measurements. The gentleman that came by to measure was professional and friendly. He answered all my questions and even encouraged me to call the office for more detailed information. Once my slabs were in, I requested a viewing and they were happy to accommodate. I even requested I see the lay out before my slabs were cut and they obliged without any hesitation. Met the owner while I was reviewing my slabs and she was so friendly and kind!There was a bit of a delay due to Covid but once my slabs were cut, installation date was scheduled and everything went smoothly. The installation guys were professional and quick. I was worried about the seam as I got white quartz with some veining, but the seam isn’t even noticeable. I am 1000% satisfied with their work and customer service, start to finish. Highly recommend them for any countertop service and will definitely reach out to them for future projects.

I had two beautiful Black Forest granite vanity tops with sinks fabricated and installed by ShellFab. Everyone involved did a fantastic job from start to finish. The sales team, fabricators, and installers were extremely helpful in choosing the right product, creating what I'd hoped for, and installing perfectly. I can't thank the ShellFab team enough for making the process so easy, and for the unbelievable outcome!

A little slow from purchase to showing, but with COVID and holidays you have to make an exception. Installers did fantastic work, courteous and always busy. Top notch crew, sales, showing and install. Thanks to Tim, Kyle!

Shellfab installed our countertops through our kitchen remodel company. The men who came and installed it were the rudest human beings. Not even a hint of kindness and acted like they didn’t want to be there. Already told my kitchen company to not use these guys. They made us feel like we were in the way in our own house. They literally told my husband to ‘move’ when he was showing them where the other contractors moved our sink. I wish I had known Kinetic used Shellfab. It’s ridiculous seeing their responses to these reviews saying ‘our employees aren’t rude.’ Sorry to tell you, some of your employees certainly are.

Great experience with my kitchen remodel - all new countertops and the experience with ShellFab and the quality of my quartz countertops were excellent! I would recommend them! So easy to work with also.

I just cancelled my order and will purchase somewhere else. The person got lost coming to the house and then proceeded to say we were out of level by 7/16 from left to right. He would not do the measuring due to this. I contacted the cabinet people immediately and they were there in 20 minutes and fixed the small issue. Shellfab could not wait or turn their car around. I called to reschedule but could not get a return call. $200.00 down the drain....they could have measured and let me fix the 7/16 issue. Very poor business practice on their part. I expect I will get their standard "it must be exactly level" response. Save it!! I am out $200.00 and you are out a sale and hopefully some future sales."

Shell Fab installed my countertops as part of my remodel job. The countertops came out great, hard to even tell were the seams are. I would definitely recommend them.

They showed up 30 minutes late and then refused to make a template because the rectangular countertop was 3/8 out of level. Home depot charged $200 for them to come back. I paid the $200 and canceled the order and went with Solid Granite and Quartz of WNY in Clarence and paid $400 less even with paying the $200. Funny thing is he didn't even put a level on the cabinets to make the form and it came out beautifully. And they were on time...Don't buy your countertops from home depot/Shell fab."

Couldn't be happier with how our new granite countertops came out! Ordered through Home Depot but Shell-Fab really did some fantastic work from the initial measuring to the installation. Friendly and knowledgeable installers, great customer service, and quality material! Would definitely recommend!
