Staff are super friendly and were great with my son

Picked up my child every day with a runny nose and soiled diaper. The instructors lack professionalism and knowledge with young children. Switched my child after only a couple months to a new center and what a world of a difference. Do not recommend.

The staff really seem to care about the well being of our little person. You know its a good thing when they don't want to leave. Great atmosphere for the kids.

My special needs daughter on the autism spectrum attended Mulberry Bush full-time this year before she started Public School. When starting she had little to no speech vocabulary, poor fine motor skills and no social skills, and we were struggling with potty training. She now is able to make friends, has a much larger vocabulary and is able to communicate her needs to us and her teachers, and her fine motor skills have come a long way. She was also out of her pull-ups within the first week of attending!The staff were absolutely amazing with her and met all of her needs on a daily basis. They were also excellent at communicating with us how her day was each day (through hiMama and during pick-up time), and were great at asking for tips that work best for our daughter.They helped her build rich social relationships and completely adapted the environment to her needs. They were so involved with her care and also voluntarily came to her transition meeting at her Public school and offered so much helpful information to the LST and principal. They were also great at implementing recommendations given by our AKB resource consultant.We initially picked this day care because it is a smaller size and does not appear to be like most larger facilities that would overwhelm her and there are few transitions which works out wonderfully for her. Along with this we had wonderful staff who updated us daily, and truly cared to see her grow and have success. They accommodated our OT and speech therapist coming in for appointments as well.My daughter still asks for her Mulberry Bush teachers constantly and we love going to visit, and they are all so happy to see her. Before starting school, the director at Mulberry Bush told us to give their contact information to her teachers and LST and to call them if they are having any difficulties with her transitioning to school.I wish I could give Mulberry Bush more than 5 stars, as I'm not sure my daughter would have been able to start school this past September without all of their help and support with her growth. They truly went above and beyond to care for her and exceeded our expectations. Our OT and speech therapist also only had wonderful things to say about Mulberry Bush when visiting.We highly recommend this day care center for anyone with or without special needs children. Your child(ren) will be in excellent hands and likely come home with beautiful new skills every week.

Both my littles have attended Mulberry Bush for just under 3 years. The staff is warm, fun, and encourages play, learning, sharing and being a good friend. The meals and snacks are varied and nutritious. The activities are interesting and age appropriate. During these challenging times, I have particularly been appreciative of the focus on outdoor play, and the information flow from the staff. Everyday my littles come home with smiling faces and lots of fun stories. Highly recommend.

The toddler educators are very loving, dedicated and knowledgeable; you can tell they are experienced. My daughter loved it there. Once she moved on to the preschool level it was a different experience (not negative) but it was during Covid-19 so the educators were often moved from one preschool class to another, so that’s the only thing I didn’t like as in my opinion there was no consistency. Their playground is nice, spacious and with different play/sensory areas/toys; clean. I just think -based in our experience, that the owner needed to hire more staff, like one to clean, one to help the educators…

Was looking for a nice place for my child when I came across this centre. Touring the centre wasn't a pleasant experience. Children didn't seem happy. Hallways were dim and lacked enough natural lighting. educator acted weird when we wanted to check their sleep room so we didn't. Checked off my list
