Went in for a body repair. The process from initial estimation to ordering parts to arranging a courtesy car was very well organized and communicated. The work was done within a few days with great attention to detail. They even went above and beyond and washed the exterior and cleaned and polished the interiors including the floor mats.

Will never go there again. Have never seen a business that treats you based on the star rating that you promise to leave them online. Had a very good impression at first, but was very disappointed in the end- had to go to a different shop to finish what was needed to be done.

Litwin handled my MPI bodywork claim and I couldn't have been happier with the experience. The repairs were conducted quickly and professionally, they arranged for my rental vehicle and my own vehicle was detailed back to showroom condition at pickup. Highly recommend this shop.

I'm very happy with Candice and Dave work.When I had an issue with the rental Candice called me right away in order to address it. Excellent service.Dave went beyond of what was needed to do with my car. He cleaned up some rust and put some paint, and gave my the extra paint for me to touch it up. This was not related at all with the MPI claim.Also, they work on my car fast so I have the rental the minimum amount of time.I'm totally recommending them and will come again next time.

Had car repaired by them through autopac. Would not recommend. They could not figure out how to install my fog light properly and ended up glueing and destroying a $100 fog light bulb. I gave them months to try and fix it and Dave and the receptionist kept giving me the run around. They should be ashamed. I also paid to let them do an alignment and the mechanic didn’t even reset the steering angle sensor so the steering wheel is off center. All around had a disaster experience and had I not went and paid to get it fixed on my own my car would still be broken. Shame on you Dave Litwin.
