Just moved in and the place seems to be quite good overall. I really appreciate the complete wheelchair accessibility. So, four stars for the place so far, but five stars to Marc! His assistance is nothing less than excellent. With a positive and professional attitude, Marc is very prompt and efficient in addressing my tenant issues. Thank you, Marc, for the great job!

There is no management service at all! And no loyalty! Here's our story: The windows in our apartment are old and shake terrifyingly when there's wind. So, we asked the management to send someone to fix that. The person came 3 times to fix and twice we weren't at home. After his worthless visits (because the windows still shook after) I came home and saw that it was dirty everywhere! Scratches on the floor! And that person tore the curtains in one room! (I attach some pics) Of course, I called and wrote to the administration and asked to reimburse our curtains, but more than 2 months have passed and nothing!When we just moved in, their agent immediately asked us to live them a 5 star feedback mentioning agent's name twice - one from me, one from my husband! No respect! No service! You decide if you want to deal with such a disrespectful company...

It’s a very nice place. I love the fact that it’s clean, the other tenants are friendly, there’s a gym and a indoor pool. Most of all my dog is welcome.Special thanks for Sarah Martin how assisted me for my move. She’s been answering my texts and helping me with management.U didn’t give a 5 stars because the management is not available and hard to he in contact with. But because of Sarah my issues were resolved.

I am the new tenant of this building and I will be living there from September. I want to thank my agent, Marc Jreidini who helped me in the process of renting this unit, he was very patient and answered all the questions I had very quickly. My experience with CLV has been one of the best, being this my first flat for rent, I specifically suggest you to look for Marc, he is a guy who helps to solve everything that has to do with administrative procedures up to very specific procedures. He is a great companion to help you settle in, he gives excellent follow up to your requests and the response is almost immediate. Thank you so much for helping me to give my family a home Marc.

Never choose this building to live in!! In our apartment, a large number of cockroaches came into our apartment through the heater that is connected to all other units, and it has been a few days since we announced that we have cockroaches, but no one came to help us, and I have killed about 50 to 60 cockroaches! !

It was definitely a mistake choosing to live here. We have been living here for two months now, and it has been horrible . The apartment is nice; renovated and clean, but we cannot breathe fresh air here. Some tenants are smoking both cannabis and tobacco in the building, so if you have breathing/ health issues, this is not the place to live. It should be a non-smoking building; but it is not. It’s a nightmare. Management needs to address this issue so that all tenants can enjoy the apartment that they are paying for.
