I had my dress altered here. Tara and the alterationist did a fantastic job. I also got my bridal jewelry here and rented a cape, as I had a winter wedding. I am so glad to have found Blue Willow.

As a makeup artist in the Collingwood area, I’ve had many brides who have made “Blue Willow Bride” their Dress Shop of choice! Tara is so warm and helpful throughout the whole process. Seeing her bride’s vision come to life is her goal and anyone who turns to her for their bridal dress dream, will not be disappointed! Highly recommend!

I can't recommend Blue Willow Bride enough! I went to several shops in search of my dream dress, and Tara made my dress shopping experience so comfortable and fun! She also has such an amazing selection. If I could give Tara 10 stars I would, because she saved my dress a week before my wedding after some alterations did not go as planned. She did not have to do this... but went above and beyond to help me - which shows how much she cares for her Brides! Thank you Tara!

Tara is one of the most patient people I've ever met! I took forever to pick my gown out, and she never made me feel rushed or like I was being a bother. She really knows her stuff too. Highly recommend!!

I would highly recommend this shop. Beautiful dresses and Tara was sooooo accommodating and patient to help me find just the right dress for my Christmas performance. She went above and beyond for me.

Tara took me in for an appointment at the last minute and was so lovely to work with. It was my first bridal experience and she made me feel very comfortable trying on all the dresses. She assisted me in finding the perfect dress for my wedding and made everything work for my time limit. I would recommend you definitely stop by her bridal shop if you're looking for beautiful, romantic gowns for your wedding!

Tara and her bridal shop was recommended to me by my amazing hair dresser. I first went to visit Tara while she was doing a Stella York trunk show and I am so happy I followed my hair dressers recommendation. Tara was lovely, sweet, patient and understanding. Going to her shop was my first dress shopping experience and ended up being my last because I fell in love with a dress and knew it was the one. Huge thank you for making my experience excellent from beginning to end.My 2 bridesmaids bought their dresses from her for the wedding and they were beautifully tailored and quality dresses.Recommended for both bridesmaids and brides.I had an amazing experience! Booking was easy, and I felt like a bride every step of the way. She helped me with picking out dresses and making sure I had a great time. I got my perfect dress for my wedding. I don't think I can say enough good things about this place and Tara. Previously this summer I needed to find someone to alter my bridesmaids dress - that I did not purchase from her as the bride got it elsewhere - and she still made the time to squeeze me in and her seamstress did a fabulous job.Fast forward two months and I'm now engaged and my first stop was at Blue Willow. I couldn't find a lot of information ahead of time to know what to expect but it made for an even better experience. A couple things that pleasantly surprised was the designers she carries are some of my favourites (including; white one, Rebecca Ingram, Maggie Sottero and Stella York) and the section was super impressive. Also it was a lovely surprise to see the pricing was super reasonable pretty much all of them <2k.We got the entire store to ourselves and Tara went above and beyond even letting me have a weekday evening appointment. I did not feel one bit rushed and got to try on soooo many different dresses. She knew so much about each dress, the customizations I could have and was very thoughtful in helping me narrow down my search. When I was leaving I was debating between two gowns and she was so sweet in not rushing me to make a decision. She even offered to help recommend local vendors for things I may not have sorted out yet.If you're looking for a special, intimate experience to find your dress I highly recommend you go here.
