They are big cheaters and are there to make money. Every time I used to do my eyebrows and upper lips for $10 and when I went in this time, they charged me $14. And when I asked the reason, they said that it's always $14. They charged me $2 for my upper lips. Usually $20 is for underarms. This time I went in two months, and hence they charged me $25 for underarms saying that it was a lot. And they came to know that I am doing in 2 months because the lady asked me. I mean how would that matter? I would never recommend. Also they wanted me to show my transaction history as proof as if I was lying. Why couldn't they ask their staff what they charge me? They all were talking to me as if I was lying and cheating them. I would never suggest this place. But their service is good. But they cheated me in terms of money. Huh.

I was a first time customer and was there for an underarm wax. They were able to take me in as a walk-in which I was happy about. Once the appointment was done, I was told the service was $28. I wasn’t going to fight it but I was very clear that even if I will pay the amount, that was absolutely overpriced. The lady then said “for you I will bring it down to $22. And after tax I still paid $24+. I later looked up their prices online and it is posted that the price for underarm waxing is $15 (which is standard pricing for this service). So I called them and they kept repeating that those were ‘head office prices’ and it is really $22. Then why did they say $28 to begin with? This place is trying to scam its customers.

Lisa deserves a raise!! I have been going to Lisa for my eyebrows for 9 years now and I LOVE the results every time. I moved away for university 4 years ago and I still make the trip back to Vaughan for Lisa and Lisa only. My entire family goes to her and I recommend her to everyone who asks!

Terrible costumer service at Vaughn Mills. I brought back my Baybliss flat iron within the warranty period. It was pealing really bad. They basically made me feel like I did this to my iron. Even got some lady on the phone who is their boss" and she was even more condescending. I have shopped here for years because of the warranty and that they promise to take care of you if something happens to your product. I will never shop at Trade Secrets again. Very unprofessional staff. If I could give 0 rating I would."

Lisa never disappoints when it comes to my eyebrows! Takes her time to make sure my eyebrows look perfect every time. I always go to her and never had a bad experience. My boyfriend also started to get his eyebrows done and Lisa always gets him right. Just a slay overall

This review is based on my services with Mariam, Lisa, and Rosa. I needed to get waxing done and I had an older card with pricing that does not reflect current prices. However, Mariam was more than willing to honour the card I have, which I appreciated. Lisa completed my waxing and she was very professional. She was friendly and she advised me of other services that are also available. Rosa is my go-to person for eyebrows! I have been coming to this specific location just for Rosa because she does such an amazing job on my eyebrows. Thank you ladies!

I’ve been coming to trade secrets Vaughan mills for over 8 years and lisa has been the best technician. She takes care of my eyebrows and upper lip threading.
