Came in to get a gift with a pretty firm budget cap, and we left with a great looking watch at our desired price point. They were very professional with their recommendations and the gift recipient loved our pick. As a first time customer, I put my name down for a new Tudor watch through Golden Tree’s website and was pleasantly surprised to get a call back within a few weeks for an opportunity to purchase the watch. This was a relatively rare watch that was not readily available at other ADs. The purchase experience was excellent and I can tell that Golden Tree has high integrity and fair/transparent business practices, especially with how they manage wait lists for popular timepieces.

We came to Golden Tree Jewellers to pick out wedding bands. Simon was incredibly patient and informative throughout the process, and he made it so easy for us to find the perfect rings.What I liked most about Simon was how he took the time to listen to us and understand our preferences and budget. He asked great questions and provided expert advice on the different types of rings and metals available. His knowledge of jewelry was really impressive!With Simon's help, we were able to find beautiful wedding bands that we both love. You can tell that he really cares about his work and takes pride in helping his customers find the perfect piece of jewelry.Overall, I highly recommend Simon as a jeweler. He provided excellent service and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. If you're looking for a great jeweler who is knowledgeable and patient, definitely check out Simon. I recently purchased an Omega at Golden Tree. I must say the customer service and treatment there was top-notch. From the moment I walked in I was instantly greeted, the salesman educated me on the watch and set it up for me. Then on my way out, I had personal congratulations by the owner for my purchase. They made my experience feel special. I highly recommend this store.

Called this place in search of a limited watch and was happy to hear they had it at no markup since they are a Grand Seiko retailer.I showed up a few hours later and they had great customer service and a smooth purchase process. The manager/(owner?) And his son are friendly. I may be back some day if I'm looking for more limited watches!

Came in looking for a grand seiko and the Tudor Pepsi caught my eye. Unlike other distributors that play games and elude to you having to buy other items.I was able to get the Tudor with no purchase history + a free little goodie along with it.Highly recommend golden tree jewelers.Make sure you see Toni.
