We used IAL YYZ to move our dog from Canada to India. Emily who we dealt with mainly was absolutely incredible. She sourced the best flight that was available due to winter embargos and we were a bit concerned with the airline but as soon as the airline that we were familiar with opened up she switched our fur baby to it knowing we would be more comfortable with it. She kept us updated throughout the process and helped with all the documentation which made the process a breeze. We had to board our dog for a couple of days prior to travel and Glen and Megan were great to deal with. Glen put us right at ease and gave us updates as well. Their partners in India too were fantastic and helped us with the local procedures.I would use IAL again when the need arises and would definitely recommend IAL to anyone moving their pets as they realize how stressful a move is for both a pet and the owner and are very responsive and are proactive in keeping you updated. Emily is very responsive. She is happy to assist and answer all questions- multiple ones and times. She is very thorough with her work and detailed. The reason I went with this company was, because of the quick responses and precise and honest answers. Shipping two golden retrievers via Emirates within 4 weeks from reaching out to them. I would highly recommend choosing this company if you are planning a travel trip for your dog or if you are relocating your pet to another country. I relocated my dog from Toronto to Dubai and I thought it was going to be a stressful process. Emily and Trish were so caring , responsive and knowledgable , they kept me updated in every step of the process(sending me pictures, updates, flight status ..)They honestly made the trip very smooth for my dog and a stress free experience for myself as well!

IAL was fabulous with our pet's clearance and drop to our home. We have a senior female lab, and she was travelling from India to Toronto. We had been so confused and intimidated about the process. However, once we got introduced to Emily from IAL, it was a breeze. She answered all our questions, and responded to all our e-mails with absolute professionalism.Trish, who went to pick up our Dog is (a) a dog person; (b) understands dogs. We had specifically asked that our dog be fed first thing as soon as she comes out, and that is exactly what was done. She was also taken for a walk where she was able to relieve herself and got to stretch her legs. In between all of this, Trish continued to answer our barrage of messages!Bonus points, because we got to meet Butters and Olive, Trish's dogs who came to drop our Dog along with Trish.Thank you Emily, Trish and team IAL. I can't fully express how thankful I am for Trish and Emily! We moved our dog to the UK with their help, and I honestly don't know if we would have made it with him successfully without them. Emily was a great communicator while we were coordinating the move - always prompt, friendly, and helpful! Our dog gets very scared and can react aggressively, but Trish helped us through every step of the actual move and she was unbelievably helpful and kind!
