Always cater to drive thru ppl..only one person working in the a.m. busiest time, waiting 20 mins for 2 coffee!! Horrible business & customer service, shut it down!

Very long drive-through line up, terribly slow moving, 5 vehicles behind me left an I would have also had there not been one vehicle behind me that kept me from getting out of the drive through. 15 minutes is way to long to get through a drive through service for a coffee early in the morning.

The bathroom's were disgustingly dirty You could hear female employees talking loudly in a backroom and noone was coming out to serve us. 2 employees were standing by the takeout window and the supervisor had to keep yelling who's taking the order? one of those employees kept sneaking out for a smoke. I saw him go out 3 times while we were there.

one of worst Tim Hortons across Saskatchewan ...bagel wasn't perfectly toasted, got Chai tea instead of London fog, rude and untrained staff. Stopping at a local coffee shop would be a better option.

The Manager and some of the staff in Meadow lake Tim hortons is very rude and displays poor customer service. And they close up way too early, I been there countless times around 8pm and they won’t serve any sandwiches or coffee. I believe this establishment is in need of new management.

Service was horrible! It took 25min to get our order which consisted of 2 breakfast sandwiches and 2 coffee's.

The staff is always friendly and polite, the establishment is always clean and very clean in the toilet, which cannot be said about other establishments around. The products are always fresh and tasty. The management of Tim Hortons should encourage their staff at Meadow Lake, because they show excellent service of the institution and attention to customers. Again, what cannot be said about other restaurants" in the Meadow

I ordered a steak bowl. If mushie meat with 3 big pieces of lettuce with some brown and orange rice is a bowl that is disgusting.
