The best jewelry store I've ever been to. It's a beautiful space with a fantastic selection for every budget. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and professional! It's the only place I will go and recommend it to everyone I know.

Krause Jewellers is not only the best in town but after reading Alex review in which he kidnapped is fiancé and tried to pawn her ring off at the jewellery store(glad she got her ring back) and Mark who has never stepped foot in there and must be Alex friend...lol (if he has any) I would ONLY trust this jewellery store!! They have been my “go to” Jeweller for over 30 years! Love them and I’d give 10 stars if I could! Alex and Mark, you should be ashamed of your selves!!

Such a great bunch there! TLC on my ruined 25th anniversary set, and nearly half the price quoted for the repair where I actually got the set 14 years ago !!! Thank you!! Cannot wait for the custom pieces! I've heard so many raves!

The gentleman that does the repairs at this store (likely the owner) is friendly and helpful. I have recieved amazing service both times I have been there and he remembered my name even though it was a good month between my visits. The quality of his work is excellent as well. Support local business and visit Krause!

Be very careful with his Jeweler I have my ticket for a $7,000 ring and they gave it away to a woman that said she was my fiance. Their response is for me to go deal with that other woman but I don't have any communication with her. So if I were you I would never leave anything's do not store to be repaired or sized I just lost $7,000 had a ring that was sentimental. Not only was she not kidnapped she was sitting in the truck when I had the ring brought in to have it sized. Which would be on video at your store. Not to mention I still have the ticket for the ring pretty poor business practice to give jewellery to somebody that doesn't have the proper ticket for the item that was dropped off. Police are still investigating this further. Yes while I was incarcerated you gave the ring to somebody I was no longer in a relationship with. None of that has anything to do with your business practice plain and simple I got the ticket for the ring you don't give somebody else's property away.

Helped me out HUGE! My daughter, who lives out of town, damaged her wedding ring to the point that she wasn't sure if she'd be able to wear it again....Maureen expertly repaired and rescued my girl from a broken heart. Vernon's best, by a MILE!
