Coppersmith Dental Centre

Very accommodating to my husband who had never been to them before and isn’t a fan of dentists. Needed a tooth pulled they were able to make him feel relaxed by doing everything in one sitting instead of 2 different days. Much appreciated

My entire family has had a great experience at Coppersmith Dental Center. Our experience has been wonderful. As a dental professional myself it's easy to be critical but I can honestly say I have found nothing negative to critique. The entire team from reception, assistants, hygiene and Dr. Tang are very professional and have excellent chairside manners. You are not treated like a number and the team is kind enough to oblige any questions you may have.

The receptionist that I talked to today was not the greatest and has caused me to leave Coppersmith Dental Centre completely after being a customer for years.Coppersmith has a weird way of getting customers to confirm appointments where they ask you to pre-confirm a week before (via text), confirm a couple days before (via text), AND then calls you a 1-2 days before. I think it's a little too much and definitely not needed.I talked to the receptionist simply asking why they ask so many times to confirm and asked if I could opt out of that. I told her I pre-confirmed and asked if that registered in their system. She just said No. Have a wonderful day." and hung up. She could have investigated further and helped me opt out of the repeated confirmation texts/phone calls. I was not happy by how she handled such a simple question and was rather rude

It was my first time visiting by recommendation from my son Ryan. Very pleasant and professional reception. My broken crown was fixed in less than 2 hours with fantastic results. Highly recommended.

Dr kaur and the support staff are amazing they really are concerned about the patients health and welfare she is fantastic i feel she may be the best in vancity no elitism or panic rush to get me out of the chair she was amazing . Unfortunately she has left. This has been taken over by a franchised type dental place. Very bad service. Very bad front service. The dentist are okay but the staff in the front is just interested in gouging you for money

Lots of great service here from the front desk to the hygienists and dentists, they were able to fit me in for an emergency on the same day. I've been going with Dr. Tang for a few years and I've been happy with the more extensive procedures as he has a good eye for the cosmetic details. Have had no complaints here and have recommended this place to friends and family!

People are super nice, they care about you. We have young kids, and they are so understanding. All the ladies in the front as all wonderful!The doctor - Dr Tang, he is super caring. Knew how to have our young kids not worry. He was fast, and efficient! My kids were surprised how fast it was.Definitely a dental clinic I recommend!
