I had my lashes lifted and dyed and my brows dyed. They turned out awesome! I had a great experience and will be back for more services in the future! Sue is so friendly and professional, she makes you feel at ease right away. The shop is clean and very cute... vintage 50's vibe to it! CS

I had my nails done here. Susan offers an array of beautifying services in a relaxed atmosphere. As a curvy woman I did not feel judged. You do have to go up about 20 or so stairs to get the place but it was totally worth the experience. I actually booked another appointment for next month which is something I never do. 3 thumbs up in my opinion.

I went in for a full body massage and have never felt more relaxed in my life! Susan is so amazing and just genuinely kind (and extremely affordable compared to other local spots), I booked my next massage before even leaving the building and can say with confidence this will be my go to for life!

Had an amazing experience here. Susan is so friendly and welcoming! Was super professional and extremely gentle and careful while working on my feet. Super easy to talk to, Highly suggest for anyone who wants some great work done but also able to connect and have a good laugh with as well! Will definitely be making this place a regular for me :)

Had a pedicure here, Susan is definitely an new tech, which is fine since we allstart somewhere. Price was on point as well, $40 +tip. Lots of colour choices and comfortable recliner.What really upsets me is this woman’s urge to bash other established and talented business women in this industry on the quality of their work when clearly one needs to improve on her own. Very disappointed and based on that I will never return.

Be careful. I got product in my eyes and it burned so bad. I’ve had lots of work done on my lashes over the years and this has never happened. Also I had zero results by the next day, the lift fell completely flat. I got offered 40% refund or a redo. But I’m too afraid to go back, I like my eyesight too much.Response to owner: yes, it was. 4166 Departure Bay rd. It was one of your techs and I have messages and pictures to confirm.

I looked and felt like a million bucks thanks to Susan and her amazing talents. It's not every day one has to go to a 40 year school reunion, but I was able to waltz into mine with all the confidence needed after spending a lovely afternoon at the cutest little salon in Nanaimo!! Susan had her work cut out for her and didn't miss a beat as she expertly transformed a working, dusty farm girl into a dazzling work of art, I will definitely be back for more :)<3
