Osmow's Shawarma
It was the best shawarma I've ever had but it was definitely high on the list. The chicken and beef were absolutely delicious on the fattoush salad which was served with plenty of fresh veggies. I wasn't a fan of paying extra for the pickles and pickled turnip, because back home it was included in the cost of the salad, but I'd still go back again.

Fantastic place to get amazing Mediterranean food! With a wide variety of toppings, items, sauce, and spice levels ranging from no spice to scorching hot. The service there is very kind and quick. I ordered the chicken saj and it was delicious, it had a large portion of toppings and was Pannini pressed. 11/10 would go again!

I got the Osmow's pineapple plate for 18 bucks!!1) I was never told it wasnt the normal chicken shawarma meat, instead its some chicken breast (similar to their chicken kebob) meat that is quickly grilled and thrown on the rice. The meat itself taste sort of mushy, and not grilled enough.2) the rice itself is horrible. Barely edible. Most of the rice contains these rock hard grains of uncooked rice. When you chew it, its like chewing gravel in your mouth. I know they call it rocks" as a cute playon

Honestly I'm turned off from the whole thing and here's why.1. It's a so called Mediterranean restaurant but they blast Indian music which? If you're going to advertise Mediterranean cuisine then represent it in your atmosphere.2. They charge for Cucumber and tzaziki sauce $0.85 each! . That's unheard of lol . What's the deal with the cheapness. I guess it must be a representative of the people that run the business.Smh, rip off!

If you like your shawarma to have a nice spicy kick, you come to the right place. Different level of spicy hotness that you can choose from. The spiciness blended well with the sauce and the meat.Staff very friendly. Generous portion of meat and veggie filing. Should have asked for lesser amount of sauce. Otherwise, the food came quickly and tasty.

The staff members were not only condescending but also crossed the line of professionalism. When it was my turn to pick up my order, one of the employees called out my name and proceeded to make a derogatory comment about his ex-girlfriend who apparently shared my name, referring to her in an offensive manner and indirectly calling me that. This unnecessary and offensive remark left me feeling disrespected and uncomfortable. To make matters worse, the food I received was excessively spicy, far beyond what I had requested or expected. Given the rude behavior of the staff, I can't help but suspect that they intentionally made my order spicier as a means of retaliation. This experience, marked by both poor customer service and an unnecessarily spicy meal, has left me with no desire to revisit this restaurant in the future. I’d give a 0/5 stars if I could.

Osmow’s is nice new addition to Richmond’s halal Mediterranean food. I recently visited the restaurant and really liked the food and ambience. The customer service is also great. It has good variety of food and the prices are reasonable. I love their SAJ shawarma wraps, huge in size and the bread is a soft (similar to rumaali roti) & nice. Definitely recommend them. Try them out if you are in Ironwood area.

Very, very good. Had their Saturday special: Chicken Kebab Ozbox for $12.49. The chicken and rice have a sweat type of sauce lightly drizzled on top which is absolutely delicious! I ordered medium spicy and it was quite hot, so take note. The salad was great as well. There’s limited seating (2 tables and bar seating for 4) so options might be limited if it gets busy. Will definitely be back.
