If I could give zero stars I would. The people here told me I needed to give my out of province inspection to my insurance. My insurance then told me that was not the case. I went back and now it is a few days past the 90day limit and I need a new inspection.Train your employees better so this doesn't mess with the next person looking to you for information.

I went there to process my AHS card last Feb. 14 at 9am and the lady who assisted me was not that approachable and seem so unhappy with what she was doing. She even greeted me with “good morning” but with frowning face. I wasn’t able to send my document because she was looking for an original document from immigration and unfortunately there’s no such thing as “original” as it was sent by immigration via email. I’m not going back to this registry! Can I give 0 star?

Front desk lady very rude. Didn’t smile at all and makes it difficult when you are nervous. I swear they fail you on your test on purpose. Everyone I know that goes here has failed at least once and for stupid reasons too.

The BEST registry experience I’ve had in YEG, hands down. Patient and Polite staff, very easy to understand, explained everything thoroughly and simply. Clean facilities, large parking lot! A++, will be using them again.

Can I give 0 stars? Tell me why the old lady at the front desk was so horribly rude to me for no reason? I was renewing my vehicle registration and she was so mean and harsh to me. Treated me with such disrespect. I was looking at reviews and you have a lot of the same regarding the ladies at the front desk. You should probably do something about that. I won’t be returning here even though it’s minutes from my house. I was already having a tough day and her treating me like this just made me feel even worse.

Very quick. There was a long line and still it went very smooth. Absolutely no hassle with vehicle regristration. Will recommend

I went to register my car today and it was so nice to be greeted as I went through the door instead of everyone pretending that you aren’t there. I was assisted by a young trainee named Bree. She was delightful and extremely helpful. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Came here today for my little sisters road test, and one of our back brake lights weren't working so the instructor said they couldn't conduct the test. They also said we couldn't take their vehical because it wasn't warm.My issue isn't that they wouldn't let her use our car, it's that they couldn't accommodate anything at all and wouldn't even let us rebook. I tried reasoning with them mentioning we showed up early but their location wasn't open (road test at 9am, location opens at 9), and then another attendant showed us attitude saying we weren't early enough implying we should've waited outside longer as if that would've helped our situation.I do not recommend this location.

The BEST registry to deal with! Super accommodating and very professional. The staff is definitely hands down the best to deal with. My son was treated great for his road test and they showed great attitude and made him feel at ease so he wasn’t so nervous. Great job guys, you all are awesome!!

Absolutely the worst registry ever!One specific lady that works there is absolutely horrible and doesn't understand anything about customer service.We demand a call back from the owner immediately and we can give you all the details!
