After doing a lot of research on the best subcompact SUV for my needs, I decided to go with a new Kia Seltos. Finding a good dealership to buy the car proved to be much more challenging, as many in the lower mainland have reputations for charging dealer markups" (additional fees with no value) or using high-pressure sales tactics to push additional services and extended warranties.I came across West Coast Kia on Google and saw a common theme in all their reviews was never once having to pay dealer markups

Made an appointment with Troy at this dealership after seeing good reviews online, and he sounded very professional and honest on the phone, no beating around the bushes kinda guy, true enough wasn't disappointed when I walked into the dealership.Troy made the entire process such a pleasant experience. Took almost an hour over to explain the technology, the different models, the walk-around, etc...this guy reflected the epitome of professionalism! Not pushy at all like many other dealers and easy going and gave me honest feedback on several different models. I can’t say enough great things about West Coast Kia - we put a deposit down for a new niro and Denys kept updating us throughout the months until it it finally came in. Denys was hands down the best salesperson we’ve ever dealt with. Never pushy, straightforward, responsive & patient. He spent lots of time going over all the features and has called us to check up and see how the car is and if we had any questions. Throughout the entire experience West Coast Kia was amazing every step of the process. Definitely will be a return customer and recommending them to everyone.

We dropped by West Coast dealership in Pitt Meadows at the beginning of March and met our sales associate Charlie. He kept us up to date during the entire process and was very professional , knowledgeable and polite. Within 3 weeks we had received our new Seltos. He provided us with great customer service and delivered our car to us in a prompt manner. Overall this is a great dealership, as everyone on staff was very pleasant to deal with. Got myself a 2023 Kia EV-6 and the whole process was quick, efficient, and no beating around the bushes. Troy was especially helpful throughout the entire process, sending me information on the car and updating that information when we went into the 2023 models. Troy was simply excellent, always ready to help with just a phone call or text. Professionalism at its best! A big shoutout to Troy and everyone at West Coast Kia, fantastic car buying experience!

All the information I needed and requested was done seamlessly over the phone with Charlie up until I took delivery of my ev6. The team at west coast Kia were very friendly and informative. Charlie went above and beyond providing answers. Will definitely come back in the future to see about the next line up of of Kia EVs.

We recently picked up our new EV6 from West Coast Kia. The sales group was very helpful in showing us all the new tech and how to operate everything. They were also very easygoing from the time we placed the order as well as us pestering them during our wait for the car to arrive. We highly recommend them. They definitely stand out from the other Kia dealers that I have been to. We appreciate them not marking the price up when your car arrives like some dealerships in the lower mainland are doing these days. We will be returning for our next vehicle.

I recently purchase a Kia Telluride from West Coast Kia and they were so knowledgeable, about their vehicles and the buying process was easy, never felt pressured. In particular Troy is an outstanding salesman and his patience and time he spent to make you feel comfortable driving away were by far the best. I live in Victoria and I wanted a new vehicle, I went to auto trader and started searching. I found a Kia Sportage from West Coast Kia and decided to give them a call. I spoke with a sales rep named Himanshi Dhola (Himi) and she immediately looked into one for me. She told me they have a X-Line Limited Vesta Blue coming at the end of February and if I want it I can take it. West Coast Kia was very patient with me as I live in Victoria, we did everything on the phone and on the sunday I took a day trip to grab the vehicle. Himi showed me everything and set up the vehicle the way I like it, the finance manager quickly set me up with a good payment plan and got us out quickly. Was the fastest I ever been to a dealer and left with a new vehicle. I’ll be happy to be getting a new vehicle with West Coast Kia again in the future. Thank you Himi and thank you West Coast Kia
