I used to deal with another location but based on the many positive reviews on staff here, I decided to give them a try and wow, I'm glad I did!My relatively new phone crashed, I had tried everything and it looked like the only option was to send it for repair which would take time or to pay the balance on my package to get a new one. Steve understood my dilemma and kept trying to bring back my phone to life....lo and behold he did a hard reset and it worked! not only did he provide this service with patience and a smile but he advised me as how to prevent this from happening. I will definitely be back to him when the time comes for an upgrade. Thank you Steve, you made my day! from Marta

Store is always locked, have to knock and show id to get them to open the door (why? No other freedom mobile location does this).The young man working on Sunday afternoon was incredibly unhelpful, rude, condescending and belligerent.I have never had such an awful customer experience, he was unwilling to answer simple questions about the Freedom Network, refused to look up plan info on the Freedom website and persistently told me to go look it up on the Freedom website myself.How can a Freedom Mobile staff member refuse to explain Freedom Mobile plans & network to a customer??He obviously hates his job and perceives customers as an irritant.How is this place still in business??

I visited this location yesterday.Dhrvvie and Ali were helping me with finding the right plan for my phone.All of the plans were explained by Dhrvvie and my purchase was finalized by Ali.Both were very helpful and sweet. Thanks for the great service.

Great place to buy phone deals and data plans. Steve answered all my questions about the deal and was very generous and patient. He provided the fastest service and was very kind. Would recommend this store 100%

This is the worst Freedom Mobile location I have ever been to. I have been a customer of Freedom for years and have never seen this type of customer service. There is one Lady that works there and she is purely rude and not wanting to help customers. She calls her boss on the phone and speaks her native language which is rude--- considering we don't know what she is talking about. I went in today to buy a phone and she called her boss in her native language and said her manager doesnt allow it because of the refugee status. She didn't give us the phone contract. Immediately after, I went to the location at Vaughan Mills and they gave me a phone with the same documents I provided to the lady working at this location. She is rude every time I go there considering the amount of customers I have brought her. She never wants to help out and her attitude is just ridiculous. If I could give a 0 star, I would. Other freedom locations have better promotions and better customer serivce...

My mother and I went to this location to get a new phone, we were greeted by Amin. He was very kind and very clear with the plans. He offered us the best deal, and explained the product, the deals, and was very patient throughout our time there. I would highly recommend going to this store, and getting your phone here. It was easy and efficient. I was in and out of the store for about 30 mins. Thank you!

I'd like to say a huge thank you to Steve for helping me out. My phone crapped out in Etobicoke at around 630pm and needed a new device fast. Most other locations were out of stock of reasonably priced phones are closed so I called this location which I have been to in the past. As a 9 year customer of WIND/Freedom I have always been happy with price and service but Steve went way above and beyond expectations by not only staying open past closing time until I got there but also organizing my accounts and applying every possible promo to my account. Honestly in this pandemic it's refreshing to see and experience this level of customer service and I just want to say thank you again Steve for helping me out. This location has my business for good!

I've been to this Freedom Mobile outlet 3 times in the last three days plus one in Aurora before that. This place was great. Amin was extremely helpful. I watched and listened while he served other customers and saw that he was giving everyone good service. I'd recommend this place over all others.
