Horrible service. Ordered parts for my car at 9:00 am. Didn't put the order through. When I called about delivery at 12:00 said no one ordered the parts. Had to rush to another supplier. Always had horrible telephone service from this company.not sure why so many good reviews. Don't even have basic parts for north american vehicles, let alone imports.Auto Camping 2000% better !!! better staff and more knowledgeable.

Delivery really slow since they bought autocampin. No morning delivery even if you order day before and put comment deliver in morning still won’t see parts till 3 pm they lost lots of business as the other suppliers have morning delivery if you need parts early order from somewhere else they were way better when was just altrom they had morning delivery and could count on them but not anymore very sad miss Altrom now have horrible delivery
