Desk staff was extremely friendly. Warned me about traffic RED light cameras and speed control zones. Very friendly when I return the vehicle. And even recommended a solution to a problem I was having when I got to the airport. Above and beyond. The vehicle is clean the only complaint I had with the vehicle was way too big for what I needed as I got an upgrade but the vehicle is very nice

I prefer National Car Rental wherever I go. I rent their cars every month on my business travels. Most of the time their cars are clean which is great, and I like it whenever I receive an upgrade to a big car at no extra cost. My experience with National Car Rental has been great over the year. They are efficient (no time wasted) and very friendly.

I rent cars pretty much every week from National, the folks at Saskatoon airport are always right there ready when I walk up. To have my car ready to go without delay and have me on my way is very important to me. They always have a friendly smile and I actually look forward to landing there as they offer me the no hassle service. Cheers guys for taking care of a frequent traveller who appreciates the professional service every time.

It was a decent rental, however when I received the car it was not fully fueled.. Whichdidn't seem like such a big deal to me at the time. However I returned the car the same as given to me and was charged 50$ for refueling ... I spent 50$ on fuel from Winnipeg to Saskatoon. So I'm not quite sure what kind of gas costs 50$ to refill less than a quarter tank. Also if the representative in Saskatoon had indicated the outrageous price to me, I would have taken the car and fueled it myself. However he just said I would be paying to fill the tank. It would if been less than 5$ at the gas station.Also PCT fee shouldn't be applicable when the only option in town is the airport. Plus is Winnipeg I was told the damage waiver was only 11$

National Car Rental is our corporate 'preferred provider. The Saskatoon location did not offer any of the 'aisle services' found at larger locations. That said, the folks there were extremely helpful, prompt and courteous...a real pleasure to work with. The car was newer and very neat & clean.All-in-all, I am very pleased with the experience there.

A little panic once I arrived with a payment issue. They found me a solution and I was able to get a car for the week. Huge thanks

I was greeted in a very pleasant manner by Shelby who had an upgraded vehicle for me, even though I was the last person to their desk at the end of the day. My vehicle was super clean and ready to go for me when I arrived, and the whole pickup and dropoff procedure was quick, smooth, and painless. I would not hesitate to rent from National at the Saskatoon Airport again in the future.

Great service with friendly people at the counter. No ridiculous amounts held on the credit card. Great vehicle which met my needs. The only reason it didn't have 5 is because for weeks on end I was trying to phone and only got the answering machine - left 3 messages none were returned - other than that - all went smoothly.

Even though I picked up my car late at night, the reservations agent was pleasant and courteous. I was given an upgrade to a small SUV from the midsize I had reserved which I really appreciated as I was driving on winter roads. National has exceeded my expectations every time I have rented a car through them! I thoroughly recommend them.

I have rented vehicles from just about every vehicle rental place in Canada. National and Enterprise has the fastest and user friendly service around, which I believe makes the job simple for the Employees. I have never came across one of the Employees having a bad day or giving off a bad vibe showing that they are in a bad mood. I will never rent from another vehicle provider.
