Edit:From 3 stars to 1.Decided to give it another chance tonight. I asked for CONTACTLESS delivery. Drive rang the bell 5 times… I waited 30 seconds and they were still there. So I open the door and am greeted with “Tip. Tip. Tip.”Lost a 30 year customer tonight. Dominos and Pizza Hut are better quality anyways.—————————————————————————Food is standard and what I expected.You lose 2 stars because your delivery driver asked me for a tip on a prepaid, contactless order. When you raised the delivery charges, I stopped tipping your drivers.You should probably just pay them a fair wage so they aren’t ASKING for a tip as though it is an expectation or a requirement. It makes me reconsider if I will return to your location/order from you again.

I've had food poisoning from here twice!!! They do not cook their panzerottis long enough. You will have raw dough for sure. Not to mention, one of the employees was eating fries out of some ones order. They don't seem to have good hygiene or good communication skills, as the person at the counter doesn't get what you are saying. Corporate needs to do a check on this location because there are similar reviews of how poorly they cater to customers.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Placed a phone order and confirmed with pizza pizza that this was indeed put through and they didn’t make my SEVEN extra large pizzas. When asked how they don’t have anything when the order was placed 2 hours ago, all of them were of no help. Acting like I was bothering them by asking for my pizza. Completely incompetent and useless staff.

The onion rings are just thick pieces of batter.. All slimey.. And i ordered chicken bits tossed in sauce but received them without sauce

Make sure you check that your thick crust is cooked long enough. Our pepperoni pickup had cheese that looked underdone and a glob of raw dough in the center (gooey like cheese but definitely not cheese!). They were very busy this Sunday and unfortunately our pizza was not cooked long enough.

Terrible service! Was there to get lunch for myself and 3 other people. Order 2 poutine and they said they can only make one they ran out of gravy! How do you run out of gravy when it's lunch time?? (I was there at 2pm) Don't you keep a eye on what you need? The lady at the counter was not nice at all and the one poutine that I got was half filled! Completely disappointed......

rude delivery guyafter the pizza was handed to my mother the delivery guy stood at the door and proceed to ask my mother for his tip and to which he proceeded demanded for it to be cash, my mother couldn't defender herself (English is her second language) so she just kept her mouth shut and complied because she didn't want any problems.don't get me wrong, I do tip and I am quite generous when I do but I think its completely wrong to ask for tip even when earned. I think that your delivery men/women need to have their customer services skills re-evaluated.the pizza was ordered around 9:30-10pm

Ordered a large pizza and wings online at 7:30pm for an 8:45pm pick up as we live out of town... show up at 7:40pm to pay/pick up (understandably a few minutes early but have never had an issue anywhere else with takeout) but order hadn't even been started. Was told would only take 5 minutes.... a large pizza and wings takes more than 5 minutes to make.Having driven from out of town, was super disappointed. Told them not to bother making order and left.
