What amazing service at Techmate, thanks to Deep!For two years (!) I had been wanting to purchase a phone accessory that I needed. I checked out different stores, various cities - to no avail.At last, I came across tech expert Deep at Techmate in Surrey. He immediately understood what I was looking for and... he had it on hand! This place is amazing. I had a cracked iPad screen. The Apple authorized person quoted me 400. to 500. to replace the screen and that I may as well buy a new iPad. I went to TechMate and for 150. I got a new screen in a matter of hours. Anto was very respectful and polite. I would highly recommend this business to everyone. So lucky I found them.

Deep was really helpful with my cell phone repair. He worked quickly and got my phone back to me within the day. I was happy to have my phone back before I went away for a holiday. I appreciate his professionalism, friendly service and quick turnaround.

First of I want to say this. With all the 5 star reviews I thought this place would be great.I'm guessing they had friends write these reviews for discounts on service.Brought my phone in last Friday March.31.2023Guy in store says 3 days to see what is wrong and to fix the issue with my phone.My phone wasn't booting up properly.The guy behind counter told me that they will contact me and let me know what is wrong with my device before they fix. But they never called to notify me about issue Sunday comes rolling around and I get a phone call saying phone is ready.Get phone they told me they replaced battery and it chargers great. Phone turned on well at store.. drove home 5 min away from store. And once in the house same issue. Screen black and wouldn't boot up. I bring back and guy said 1 more day. 3 days later I call since no contact from store and they said they are working on it because it's another issue.Needless to say phone still doesn't work and I removed my items from the store. With my money for the battery I didn't need.All I can say is this place has poor communication with customers. Also they don't know how to fix phones. Don't waste your time or money. Go to techRX they can fix anything within a day or two.I've attached receipt since I seen they try to discredit bad reviews without proof.Update : took phone to techRX and they replaced screen and now phone works great. Techmate Told me it was a battery and then told me it was a motherboard issue. For guys who have been in business for so long they really don't know jack about phones. Again I say take business to other places. Have your tech fixed the right way from beginning. Don't have guys guessing on what things could be.Cheaper isn't always better. Rather pay money to have things done right. Instead having to come back over and over.

Very knowledgeable and friendly! My iwatch had a broken glass face on the top that splintered across the face. Straightforward with options for repair were given to me, along with being able to be update in the process of checking out the damage for repair.Thank you for your help and understanding. It can be so frustrating when devices break.

I dropped my phone and cracked the screen then I ended up with a huge green then white line they my screen and I called Techmate and he said he will have it fixed in 30 minutes, I thought I would need a new phone but it’s fixed and just like a new phone thank you very much Techmate for the great service and friendly atmosphere. I highly recommend this store if you need your phone repaired.Cindy
