Had a great experience today! We got rid of a few items and they made it so easy for us. It took them maybe 10-15 minutes maximum to load it up and payment was simple. It was very reasonable and the customer service was great. Kudos to Clark and Mario for being so efficient and friendly.

I told them upfront i am concerned about scratches yet they left dents on the walls while picking up the stuff. there is no wrapping of the stuff to prevent damages to the walls or house. poor preparation.Guys were polite though

The team was prompt, provided 30 minute advance call, on-time, professional and cleared everything I asked and gave me a valid estimate from the start. The price might seem to ne on the higher-side but they provide excellent value for it, considering my whole furniture removal and purge was all done in 30 minutes when it would have take me personally multiple hours. I will definitely use this service again for my next purge project.

Nick and Kevin came today to remove some furniture and odd items from our condo. I could never have asked for two more courteous, friendly, and professional young men. I highly recommend them for an extremely positive experience. I will request these two amazing people next time I require this service. And price was exceptional as well ! Thanks so much guys !!

We had 2 mattresses removed from our upstairs level. We were very impressed with both Wayne and Alex. They were polite, very pleasant, professional, and quick. Absolutely thrilled with the service of Just Junk, specifically Alex and Tyler. They were the epitome of professional and made sure I understood the entire process. They were quick and took care with the items being removed as well as making sure to take care with the apartment hallways and other tenant’s doors.Fantastic service and I’m happy to use them again in the future.
