I had my first Thai massage here with the lovely masseuse Ying. I never felt so good after my treatment - My back and shoulders were really sore but felt so relieved after.I highly recommend this place! Very good atmosphere and therapists :)

I wasn't going to leave a review but after seeing what happened to my mom, it left me no choice. My mom went to a therapeutic massage" here since she was suffering from extreme back

Booked a last minute Thai massage, so glad I did! My masseuse was Benya, and she was phenomenal. Excellent technique, very good at what she does. The space itself is really well laid out and comfortable. Looking forward to many more treatments here.

A hidden gem! My husband and I stumbled upon Aum spa while wandering the streets trying to find somewhere to relax. And we are so glad we did. The staffs are kind, caring and highly skilled. The spa is peaceful and clean. We asked for an hour Thai massage each but ended up staying for 90 min. I highly recommend it! :D

I really like this place. From the moment you walk in you are greeted with the tranquility of the spa. I got the Thai oil massage and the therapist really just melted my stress away, I think I even fell asleep on the table. Would highly recommend for a different and relaxing massage experience in Toronto.

The massage therapist I saw was reluctant to give me a regular Swedish type massage with oil on a table, she wanted to do the Thai massage on the floor. Even though I had booked for a regular massage. The therapist seemed ticked off throughout the entire thing and was heavy handed, she got oil all over my hair and I had to request a towel to cover my hair. She only become more pleasant after I accidentally tipped her too much. I would not recommend this place at all.

I finally visited this place after many months of wanting to try it out. As a neighbour of this location, I was looking forward to making this my regular massage spot. I was especially excited to read on their massive banner displayed in the front entrance that they accept insurance. I asked for a prenatal massage and then decided to add on a head massage as well. They took me right away. I was led into a room downstairs, with a bed that was unmade and sheets that had obviously been used before. There was no pregnancy massage pillow so I had to lie on my side. I also had to ask for more pillows to support my pregnant belly and legs. The “massage” was probably my worst experience ever, with the individual who simply rubbed sesame oil all over my body. Absolutely zero muscle or tension relief at all. It felt as if someone was lightly applying moisturizer all over my body. I asked for more tension on the other side where I experience problems. She pressed slightly firmer for about 1 minute and then went back to the oil massage. I understand that deep tissue massage is not recommended on the lower back area during pregnancy but this was just ridiculous. I felt absolutely no relief after. Just completely covered in sesame oil. Then came the head massage. This consisted of coconut oil made from shallots and gooseberry. Completely covered my hair in strong smelling oil and just scratched my head. Basically no pressure point relief. It was as if someone was washing my hair quickly. When I went to pay I asked to claim through insurance and the woman told me “no insurance”. I pointed to the sign where it clearly reads “we accept insurance” and she said no we don’t do that. Extremely confused and disappointed I handed her my credit card and she asked me for cash. Twice. I don’t have cash, nor can I afford to pay $200 for an oil rub down that left me feeling sticky, smelly and unfulfilled. I feel more stressed than I did coming in for a massage.I will not ever be returning to this place, nor will I recommend it to any of my network.

This is a very nice place to get a relaxing massage. The place is decorated very well and had a very relaxed atmosphere.Tried the 60 minute Thai massage. Was my first time trying Thai massage. It turned out to be a very pleasant and soothing massage thanks to my lovely masseuse Ying. I learnt that she has actually been to Thailand and India to learn Thai and indian auyervedic massage techniques. Will definitely visit again.Next time I plan to try the Auyervedic oil massage.

I have been to Aum Spa a handful of times now, and every time the experience is the same, fortunately, the same is truly amazing. Every time I have been greeted by incredibly kind people who always offer water, tea, to hang my coat, and a pair of sandals. You know they always say its the little things that count".Every time I have gotten a great massage

A great place to get a stress relief treatment. However, I would strongly not recommend charlene (blonde hair, looks sort of like an Indian/Latina mix, tattoos on the chest) as a massage therapist. Her movement is too fast and not concentrated on specific muscle parts. It also gives off an impression that she lacks knowledge on the performance as well. Overall, the treatment is nulled, netting zero results and costing money for nothing. It’s best to avoid her or switch with someone else if she turned out to be a therapist booked from the appointment. The other therapists are far better, but Ying was one of the two therapist I had and she is the master. Her technique actually treated my muscle stiffness as she utilized a slow, yet concentrated movement which relieved most, if not all of the tension
