On February 17th, 2023 I had the rear brakes done here and had to take the vehicle back as the e- brake was either not connected or hadn't been set (handle pulled up to almost pointing at the roof) . We've had to go back several times after having work done on our vehicle over the years at this location. Between that and the extremely rude woman that works up front, and never getting compensated or even an apology , we find that after taking 3 vehicles there over approximately 18 years, we will no longer do business with this place!

One of the few places where you can still find a trustworthy mechanic. I won't hesite to bring my car here or recommend them to friends. I know they can fix my car problem and I won't have to sell my kidney to pay for it.Sam is amazing! I just brought my car today as the DSC (Dynamic Stability Control) light was lit on my Mazda. They checked everything wiring and the sensor and they ended up removing something stuck on the tone. I didn't even understand what that means, but what's important is they fixed it. The best part was they didn't even charge me for it. If this was some other place like Canadian....Wheel/Tire, I'm sure they've charged me for each test and a separate one for when they have to use that ODB something scanner.I don't know a whole lot about cars as you can tell and have been scammed before by other autoshops, I usually end up paying for services/repairs that I don't need. I'm dumb when it comes to car mechanics, but I'm confident that these guys, especially Sam, will not try to take advantage of my very limited car knowledge. You guys are the best and deserve 6 stars. Keep it up!

We came in on Monday to get a power steering leak fixed, along with some issues with the passenger and back windows. It took longer than expected and was not given an accurate waiting time, which is inconvenient, but fine. However, once we got the Honda Accord back the Key fob started to not work, and when turning the car on now all the windows automatically go down all the way. We just brought the car back today to fix the window problems that took 2 hours- and now they're saying that there's another leak (apparently separate from the first leak in the same spot) that magically appeared in the 5 days we had the car..The receptionist said it wasn't leaking in that spot before you came in" but it really seems like a bad attempt at saving face and not addressing the issues at hand. You'd expect spending $700+ at the business

Jay and his very qualified technicians did another outstanding job on my vehicle.As usual, the job was done right. I have never had an issue with any work done!You get what you pay for with no problems or bs!

Right from the beginning we should have gone somewhere else and will make sure we do in the future. We went to get the brakes done and ended up having to do the brakes and rotors. We were given a quote however when we went to pick up the car it was WAY MORE and were told that next time to get it in writing. When we asked them to speak with the gentleman that gave the quote they didn't (not sure why). A few weeks later my husband called and said the brakes were really loud and the car didn't feel right. We were not able to get the car in right away (this was at the beginning of the summer) he did call them today and said things haven't changed and wanted them to take a look (I realize that its been sometime but do they not record on a profile that we called in before). The lady on the phone (who seems to hate her job) told him There is nothing we can do

Had the worst experience ever with Samantha today and pretty much every time I have interact with her. The only reason I go to this place, because it’s very convenient. She literally yelled at me over the phone just for asking a question. I get it, she is very old and impatient but this place needs a better person to handle the business. She is very rude and dishonest. She told me she wouldn’t charge me for the engine inspection and guess what she did. She always gives me a racist vibe, the way she looks at me and the way she behaves. It was my last time to go to this place. Advice to the owner, find a better person for handling your business. This lady is weird and disrespectful to everyone.

Making an appointment to get my tires switched was super easy. I was able to get in quick at a time that worked best for me. Samantha at the front desk was awesome and a pleasure to deal with!

Sam the lady who’s in the front really awesome helped me all the way to get a replacement for my tires. A+ for great customer service Sam and Midas Langley team! Keep it up!

Came here the other day to get my breaks looked at. I felt that they were honest and did not try to trip me off and upsell me. Will definitely be back!

Called first thing, and they got my car in the same day for an AC issue. Re-charged the freon and now we can drive comfortably.
