It was my first time shopping at this store in West Island and i must say that the choices and variety are amazing ! Whoever buys for this store does an excellent job ! I absolutely recommend this store,as for me I found my organic grocery store .

I buy from TAU for years. But become far from me .I am happy that they have an online version. I know the products so is easy.The delivery is fast and smooth. The products come fresh, so far I am very happy . I save a lot time and I am not a big fun of grocery shopping.One suggestion if I may.The bags even are no plastic are a waste.Could you have an approach as big plastic bin? rent it to customer for a modic one time fee and next delivery the customer return the empty one receive the one with grocery and so on.

This is the best organic food store in montreal and surrounding area! The prices are great for organic produce! And the store is a decent size! Been shopping here for a decade or more now!

Serious about personal health? This place can help you.Everything inside is about healthy eating, say organic, gluten free and what so ever. They are there.I was there to look for probiotic product, sandal wood oil and other essential oils. Tau , for me , is Zen.It is just prefect that they have a good collection of wine.

***Insects In Food***Thoroughly verify all items prior to purchasing them. Apart from being over two weeks expired, this bag of Lundberg arborio white rice was full of living Weevil Beetles crawling through the grains. I had to throw out over $200 of groceries to prevent the pest from spreading to other ingredients in my pantry.After calling Marche Tau to inform them of their contaminated product, I was told to return to the store to speak with a manager who could help rectify the issue. Once at the store, the manager stated that he could not do anything about the $200+ of groceries that were thrown out, and that I would have to fill out an online request for help. I am unsure why I had to drive to the store in person to find this out.Overall, I am very unimpressed with Marche Tau's quality control and indifference towards making the situation right. For a store that claims to specialize in health-conscious items"

They had a sale price of $11.99 under the cocoa powder. Regular price was $13.99, The manger asked me to go show them where it was in the store. Then she told me that I have to check the code on the price tag and the product to match it. It's not my job to check this and place the items on the shelves in their proper place! The manager didn't eve offer to credit me the $2.00. Well guess what! You've lost a customer. EVERY other store credits you for their mistake! You're lost a customer permanently! FYI to those reading this, you can get double the quantity of Almond flour and cocoa powder for the same price at Costco!

For a supposedly premium" organic store

I find the environment a bit toxic in my last few visits. I hear managers reprimanding workers in public. They should be more discreet. Also, another shopper complained about rudeness followed by inappropriate looking at his daughter. My wife mentioned she was stared at by an employee in a very uncomfortable manner. That person was training an employee at the time. Perhaps a young supervisor or manager she is guessing. Anyhow, we will start shopping together after that incident last week.J.S.I wrote a review over 2 weeks ago concerning an incident my wife experienced at Tau (see original review above). Not even a response from customer relations or the owner. I guess nicely dressed female shoppers being GAWKED at is NOT WORTHY OF ATTENTION vs a bad watermelon purchased. TOTALLY NOT IMPRESSED and lost us as customers. Furthermore, workers are also not easy to retain these days, so treat them with some respect. Besides, shoppers don't want to hear or witness your medieval management style of public humiliation. Thanks again for your lack of feedback. I pulled up to there standard location and the place was empty and the doors were closed and the lights were on inside and I got out of my car as the snowflakes cell and look through the glass like a little boy in a candy store to see nothingness there. They had moved or closed up I thought. After all with so much natural food and such significant price structures oh, how could they possibly stay in business I thought to myself. Where would I get my wild rice salad!? And then my brain woke up and I saw the signs on the door and I saw that they moved so I put in the address to Google Maps and I said drive me there and I followed my Google GPS and I laughed to myself cuz all I have to do is turn around and see us about 30 car links away and then move to a much bigger premise and they were already huge. I went in looking for my wild rice salad and I was jaw dropping leaves impressed about how brawling and immense the new place is. It's like a big brand new town. Even more beautiful than before by far. Rose and shells and lighting and signs and divisions are sections are townships within this big town. A whole huge Pizza area with their own wood stove making healthy Pizza on the spot. A whole section for sandwiches and drinks and an amazing espresso machine so I took a cappuccino for the road. It's a cycle in taste but I found out I got a buzz and I'm up early in the hours of the morning doing this review. It was quite tasty but the place is a sprawling city of different sections and sectors including a makeup Center for women. If you have a couple of hours and you want to be amazed products that you've never seen before and also incredibly high prices they charge then go in and have a nice visit. Maybe stop for a sandwich in a dining area they have. Meanwhile I asked myself how could the wild rice salad the only $5 here when is almost $6 out of standard large grocery store chains!? How could they be less expensive because they're not a Lexus expensive type of store?I can't begin to explain the different sections they have in this place but it's truly worth a visit and sometime looking around I may be stopping and have your lunch or supper while you're there. On Sunday nights they're open to 10 p.m. which is also most remarkable. They sunk of Fortune into this new place for sure and you will find the completely entire kingdom of TAU.It's simply gorgeous and it's entirely amazing! Visit just for the tourism value. And I'm sure you'll buy something and you'll probably love it.

Consistently the #1 place for fresh veggies best variety, still budget friendly pricing. This place is clean and the staff are warm.friendly and uniforms always look good.Thank you Tau for keeping your grocery store on point and the place to shop even in times of inflation.
