Terrible customer service. Will never go back and wouldn’t recommend the Lethbridge store to anyone.

One of the best experiences I have ever had in a liquor store. Great atmosphere from the growler bar to the wide selection of products to the great customer service. Bravo!

Great selection of wines and good selection of beers and liquors. Friendly staff, well organized store. Prices are about as good as possible in Lethbridge.

Great place to buy, spacious, great selection., inviting from the outside. However, the problem is the lack of effective Leadership. The issue is not within the store but from their Regional Manager who is a control freak and a micro manager which is why the Parent Company AlCannais looking for it's now third GM since opening almost 3 years ago. What they state is the ideal candidate is negated by the over controlling Reguonal Manager, Lauren. The staff in the store are constantly on edge and even though they try their best to make customers welcome and put on a happy attitude, you can feel the tension. Unfortunately in about 12 to 18 months, with the current Regional Leadership they will most likely be looking for their forth GM.

I call this the adult candy store. Love this store. Staff very knowledgeable and friendly. They have many great suggestions. I'm pretty sure I have loved all of their suggestions. This is a must visit store. Lots of samples to try too.
