Great Canadian Oil Change and Car Wash

Went for the carwash. Only one bay was working but no line up so no big deal. Went in and the wash arms went to back of my truck, hit my truck and stopped. Wash bay stopped. Talked to employees and they came out to restart the wash, good thing there was no line up because I had to go around and start again. Second wash went okay except for the blowers, they wouldn't come on so I began exiting the bay, then they came on so I stopped, then they stopped after 10 seconds or so. I just left because I was in a hurry now.

Always quick and reasonably priced. Super friendly service and dont push to upsell. Keep your eye out for coupons. I've seen them in the mail, emailed, and if i havent recently gotten one ive gotten them off their website to save money everytime I go.

Was upsold a new air filter, after being shown my old, dirty one. Efraim made sure to show me my clean oil/oil levels, as well as checking my lights and tire pressure.

My turn signal burned and i got an idea that these guys can change the bulbs because they check lights at every visit. I also thought it might be the fastest way to do that. And i was right in both regards! FERDINAND did a great job and for a fraction of what you are charged in other places. Highly recommended!

This has to be the worst oil change I have ever experienced. They put the oil plug in way over spec. My oil filter was so tight it collapsed when shop tried to remove it. I would recommend you steer clear of this location. I called and they brushed this off. I hope people see this and take it seriously. Your oil filter should never collapse when being removed. You're customer service is awful, the comment says enough about your techs.

Great service, and entire crew was friendly and professional. Explained what they were doing and answered all of my questions.I was in and out of there very quick, and haven't had any problem in the last two years of going with them for all of my oil changes! Definitely recommend them to my friends!

I have been going to Great Canadian for years now & always loved how efficient, affordable & friendly the techs are. Always going ABOVE & BEYOND with the service they provide! Yesterday I was shocked at the professional service I received. I went in for a regular oil change & the attention to detail the techs offered me noticing a leak & broken radiator mount & fully explaining helpful solutions (nothing they can fix but informing me) then helping me zip tie my bumper back on...as if! As a female you often hear or experience situations of getting ripped off... This is not the case at all when you do business with Great Canadian!!! Extremely professional, the techs have great attitudes & are willing to go the extra mile for their customers!! Can't recommend enough!!

I actually wrote a review but i guess it didn’t load properly. Anyway this place was great. They were fast, efficient and friendly. I was offered a coffee or water, they showed me my oil afterwards was nice and clean and I proceeded to the car wash right after that did a great job of making my car look like it didn’t just do most of the summer back and forth to Edmonton without a wash. I got some dash wipes and car fresheners. Loved it, I recommend you try it out.

The associates of G.C.O.C were amazingly friendly and helpful they took care of me, complimented my vehicle and have great mechanic experiences as well it seems they work tremendously as a team. I'll definitely come back much appreciated your services thanks again.
