I had a great experience with Oakville Maserati! I was an out of province buyer and dealt with Jordan, who was very transparent and accommodating. I felt confidence dealing with Oakville Maserati and didn’t even see the vehicle in person; however, Jordan provided many videos/pictures and reports on the vehicle. Delivery to Calgary was on time and to my surprise the car was in even better condition than I thought it would be, given it was pre-owned (immaculate condition, both interior and exterior). Highly recommend Oakville Maserati!!

Simply a perfect experience at Maserati of Oakville in purchasing my 2018 Levante. My sales rep, Mike Curcio was not only extremely helpful, but took care of everything necessary to make the entire process seamless and comfortable. The options presented and service provided with his team's assistance was commensurate with the exceptional and high-level service one would expect from the brand Maserati. And what a vehicle it is - totally enjoying it!

I had a horrible experiance with this dealership. I purchased a Maserati Ghibli in 2019. The car had 20K KM on it at the time. When I got home I found other dealerships were selling the same car with 600km and for 5-10K less. That same night I contacted the dealership however they refused to make any adjustments or cancel the transaction. I've purchased cars at Mercedes, BMW, and Porsche and never had a problem with cancelling. Their manager literally yelled at me over the phone and he was extremally toxic. These guys have zero credibility and no integrity. I would have been fine buying the car had they been respectful. STAY AWAY from this dealership because after you purchase your car you will get NO customer service from these snakes.

Excellent customer service on my Maserati at this location. Ari is very professional and thorough, taking great care of her customers and always cheerful. Technicians are meticulous with client vehicles paying close attention to every detail. Overall a great experience. Will definitely keep going back to keep my QP in top running condition.

Five stars for the service department . I had my previous vehicle with masarati Ontario for the last 3/4 years , The service with them was horrible. I never get a car during the service, and they were always busy so hard to book any appointment . But with Maserati of Oakville, totally different experience. Really worth to drive that far to purchase a car or just do the service.

Made the drive from Markham to check out a preowned Porsche 992. Met Mike at the dealership. Great guy, friendly, cheerful. We spent an hour or so chatting. I did not feel pressured at anytime to make the sale. Ask for Mike. He will go above and beyond. Won’t disappoint. I didn’t close on the deal. But I think I made a new friend. Cheers.

Recently took delivery on the new 2023 Grecale which is truly an incredible vehicle. The dealership itself is impressive from reception to sales to finance to service. Every employee is knowledgable and passionate going above and beyond providing an amazing overall experience.
