Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I’ve been having difficulties with my car and the service I’ve received at this location from Omar and Howard has been amazing. Would definitely recommend this place and especially the above mentioned employees as their knowledge, kindness, and professionalism has made a rather difficult situation more pleasant to navigate. I returned a car that I received with a quarter tank of gas with a nearly full tank and was reimbursed for the gas without even having to ask. Service with a smile and the two of them are really client centred.

best enterprise I have even been too. Peter is a super nice guy and very helpful. Even though i came close to the closing time on Saturday, he helped me out with the pickup. Their customer service is really the best one out there. 100% recommend.

Amazing experience.Excellent customer service from Peter and Omar. Carlos gave us the best shuttle ride I have ever experienced. It came with a side of comedy. Will defiently be coming back and I highly recommend this place.

The vehicle I had received was very clean and technologically up to date, but the vehicle required an oil change the 2nd day into the rental period.When I had called and advised enterprise I was told to bring the vehicle into a partnered garage for an oil change on my own time, instead of being offered a different vehicle.I found this to be rather unprofessional, as a rental car company part of the mission is to provide seamless convenience at important times. Had I been a tourist it would be really inconvenient to have to bring the rental companies car for an oil change on my own scarce vacation time. This should have been addressed before renting the vehicle out to anyone. Check the oil status before leaving the lot.

Had a very pleasant experience at the Ajax Enterprise Rent-A-Car, I had their rental car for about a month due to my accident and they accommodated me with a newer Mazda hatchback for a simpler sedan price due to their availability and were wonderful in helping me with my rental agreement even when my dumb insurance would not. I dealt with Gawani (sorry if this is wrong spelling) on my pick up and drop off and she was a delight; overall great customer service and very accommodating. Thank you enterprise and Gawani (hopefully correct) you were wonderful! Definitely recommending :)

I would give this location negative 10 stars if possible. The manager is an inconsiderate liar. He left me hanging without a vehicle and didnt provide an alternative option even though Id had a reservation for several days. I went to the location to pick up my rental at the reservation time. No vehicle available. Promised to call me as soon as a car was available. No call. Called the location, was told manager would call back in 20 minutes. No call. Called 10 times and left multiple voicemails. No answer. Called the Corporate office, said they would help me but no.They didnt call back either. I was left on my own to try to find a rental somewhere else. I ended up being late, having to take 407 and feeling super stressed. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s not worth your health and cost.

Peter and his team were amazing. They helped out so much and were extremley professional. Highly recommend!

My family and I have been renting cars from this location for as far back as I can remember.It was my first time back here since 2019 and the experience was a full 180 from what it was before. DJ (Manager) at this location was extremely hospitable and attentive. Not only did she take the time to ensure that the vehicle I reserved online was up to par with what I needed at pickup, but her and the team came out to meet me at the car during drop off, making it one of the easiest car rentals ever.This no attitude, convenient, and friendly demeanour has definitely set me up to come back again without hesitation.

All the positive reviewers are clearly fake. I called and some guy picked up, got my phone number and put me on hold for ten minutes. Called again and was put on hold right away. This happened just now. I now they close in half an hour but I had a quick question and shouldn’t be put on hold without my consent. Ridiculous clearly these people just wanna go home as fast as possible. Also don’t bother writing more reviews, they have a spiel for everyone.

The branch manager is committing FRAUD. Charging fees without your consent even when I was told with PROOF that there would be NO additional fees. When I called the branch manager he told me with an extremely rude tone that there is nothing I can do about it while laughing at me. Extremely disgusting I do NOT recommend doing business with them
