Dimitar @Nordy Constructions Inc. is the best contactor that I have ever worked with. We contracted Nordy to finish a basement this past Fall and we were very happy with the work that was done. The quote was very competitive, the work was started ahead of schedule and finished well with the timeline agreed. The quality of the work was excellent as were the materials used. As is the case in most renovation projects, unexpected events did occur but Dimitar was always very helpful and conscious in dealing with unexpected issue and trying to find the best possible solution. If we ever need to have any renovation work done we will for sure be calling up Dimitar once again, we unreservedly recommend his services to anyone thinking of doing renovation work in their homes.

I had a small renovation done by Nordy Construction, and we wore very happy with the job. We wore very impress by how professional, clean and efficient they did the work. I really recommend their services. we had to do drywall and usually it is very dusty and messy specially at the sanding time at the end but I was so happy that they manage to do all the work very clean and at the end it did not even looked like we had any construction done. We hired Nordy Constructions to tile our shower walls after the old walls started cracking. They removed the old one, rebuilt the drywall, redid the plumbing and tiled. They offered advice when we needed it and were helpful when we didn't know exactly what needed to be done.Our house is about 45 years old and we ran into some issues with walls not being straight and plumbing being a bit weird. They came up with solutions for each issue, and you would never know we had to do a workaround. The final product is prefect. They tiles line up with exact precision.They were professional, knowledgeable, hard working, easy to work with, considerate of our schedule and tidy.We look forward to hiring Nordy again for future renovations in our home.Thanks guys!
