I waited ten minutes in the drive through for an mcmuffin and orange juice.... Having worked in one when I was a teenager, I find it completely unacceptable and know that it can be done better.

Pop station was dirty, tables weren't cleaned. Garbage were overfull. Service was great, but they need to work on keeping the restaurant clean.

Super slow drive thru service any time I go even if it’s a basic order. And when my son gets a happy meal it’s always an old toy not the ones advertised. Don’t go before work or you’ll be late for sure.

Sometimes I wonder why I click on the options that I want for my burger when the instructions are ignored?The tables were all clean though so that was nice. Not ideal, but good enough.

Just the worst experience. We got parked for 3 sandwiches ; two sausage and egg, and a McDouble. Nothing special. Drive through worker was rude, and then they brought us only two sausage and eggers, no McDouble. Took another 10 mins for the McDouble. Total of 30 mins for 3 sandwiches.

I would recommend not putting the lady with a terrible attitude on the drive through. No reason to be rude to people when you work in customer service. Came on June 11th around 11

Order is wrong 4 out of 5 times I come here. If you call the location they’ll comp the incorrect item or give you a free item code for next time. But it would be nice if they could just get it right the first time…

Slow and inefficient aptly describes this location. This location often cannot handle more than one or two vehicles at a time at the drive-thru, and as soon as you arrive at the second window, they immediately ask you to pull to the third window or park in the waiting area to wait for your order. My last visit was two Happy Meals and the visit prior to that was two double cheeseburgers -- neither of which were large orders. Food was fine, however, but the level of service needs improvement.

So... Where to start? I've permanently removed 2 Regina McDonalds restaurants from my list of eateries, south Albert, harbour landing, and now I'm adding acre 21.I thought I'd figured out the terrible ordering experience at the till and drive-thru, by opting for the app instead. I've been to this location 3 times previous, using the app to order, and had a mediocre experience. On this trip, the 4th, I ordered three breakfast sandwiches and went inside to pick them up (the drive-thru is a nightmare). It looked like everything was in order so I drove home. Everybody has their sandwich and seamed happy, then we opened them and the chicken sandwich was missing chicken...I returned to the restaurant with the chicken" sandwich in hand
