Peppermint Organic Spa + Laser Medi Spa

Just finished having a wonderful manicure performed by the very lovely Olivia. It was my first Peppermint Spa visit and enjoyed every minute of it. All of the staff are friendly. Mia welcomed me with her warm smile. Olivia is a breath of fresh air and she did a great job. I will definitely be back and have booked my next appointment. Love the location too!

I had the BEST Relaxation Massage and Facial the other day. The products they use smell amazing and made my skin feel like I was glowing afterwards.Will definitely be back.

Would highly recommend Peppermint Spa in general, but specifically Heather for waxing! She’s always so nice and does such an amazing, thorough job for my Brazilians!

Currently not offering in-person product purchases. Updated my review to 5 stars as to not harm the business’ reputation. An update to your voicemail and website informing your community that walk-in services are temporarily unavailable due to change in staffing would be awesome. Then patrons like myself, who primarily access your business for product purchases, can be informed when this service returns - I would much rather support a local business than an online conglomerate. Thank you!

Today I had my first facial at The Peppermint Organic Spa and it was an amazing experience that I absolutely loved! From the moment I walked in, the lady at the front desk was incredibly sweet and welcoming. Heather was my esthetician, and she was exceptional! She had a great sense of humor and an impressive amount of knowledge about skincare. She listened attentively to my concerns and altered some products of the treatment to suit my skin type, leaving me with nourished, soft, and breathable skin. The products used during the treatment were not only effective, but also had a delightful aroma that left me feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.The atmosphere of the spa is clean, cozy, and inviting, and the staff are simply outstanding. The combination of their expertise, professionalism, and warm personalities truly made the experience ten times better. I am so glad to have found The Peppermint Spa and have no doubt that I will be a returning customer. If you're looking for a high-quality spa experience, I highly recommend checking them out.

This review is for the condescending and disingenuous owner and her terrible customer service. I was hoping to find a new spa close to home but will not give this place any further business. This spa has many good reviews but they likely didn't have to deal with this woman who doesn't let you get a word in edgewise.If you are ok with getting less than 60 minutes for a posted 75 minute treatment, then you should go here. If you are ok with the owner telling you it's common practise to take 5 minutes on either side of the appointment for settling in and clean up after the treatment, you should go here (I received less that 60 minutes on the table for a 75 minute treatment), if you are ok with a misleading website and constantly getting voicemail and nobody answering the phone, then you should go here.Before I wrote this review I called some local Ottawa spas (a person actually answered the phone every time) to ask what their policy was because I have never heard of this explanation. As expected, I was told that if it says 75 minutes, that is the length of the treatment, they don't gouge 10 minutes off of your time to get you settled and to clean and set up their room for the next treatment. As a token I was offered a free add-on. No thanks, that would mean I would have to give this spa more of my money in order to access this add on and I prefer to give my business to one of the others who don't speak to their clients in a dismissive manner. Cue the owners trite response.....

Amazing experience yesterday at Peppermint Spa! I got a pedicure by Olivia V and she did an incredible job. Her colour recommendation, skills and bubbly personality made the experience even better. Beautiful and clean building, nice staff and it smells incredible in there. No headaches from nail polish fumes at all. The treatment I got left my toes/feet looking perfect for an upcoming wedding. Really recommend checking this place out and asking for Olivia V. Going back with my mom soon!

I had a facial appointment with Lauren. It was my fourth time with her and she is so knowledgeable and good at her work! Loved the work, environment and behaviour there! Overall, it’s a nice place to enjoy a wonderful spa day!

Both me and my spouse have had amazing facials at Peppermint Organic Spa with Lauren! It was in fact the best facial I have ever had. It was very relaxing and we will definitely be back again.
